It's 10:15am and they're supposed to open at 10am. I needed assistance but u guess I won't get it.
Great customer service and smiles.
It was great. Was having a problem and they were able to help.
As I walked in I was greeted by multiple people talk to a few of the associates and the manager and everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable I would definitely shop at this location.
2 male employees on the phone and 1 female employee greeted me. She wanted my name to put me on the waiting list, I was like for what? I was the only customer in the store and she couldn't tell me how long was the wait. What kinda BS is this for trying to pay cellphone bill.
Staff is very courteous. The manager Devin has a great personality and will resolve any problems you may have. The sales people there have really great attitudes. I'll stay with T-Mobile as long as I continue to deal with that store.
Love the customer service at the store thankful for t-mobile they rock
