I don't know where you guys found Deshon Alston but he is absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient and helpful today. He even cheered me up when I got emotional about my phone being damaged and showed me more options. He was very knowledgeable on the devices and their functions and helped me get a new phone similar to my previous one. Yoryi was also there to lighten my mood and made me laugh with his very bubbly and cheerful personality. You have two very likable gentleman at this location. They are are both highly skilled in customer service. I would recommend this location if you have to walk in to speak with a customer service representative. These guys are wonderful.

Came in today to get another line added to my plan and also get a number moved from one service to another and Ty was very helpful. The other service TracFone made things difficult but he was patient and stayed to help us through the whole process. Thanks Ty for all ya help man much appreciated!

Had a great experience, while I was in the store. George and the other gentleman were very friendly and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable of their jobs and it was a pleasure being in the store.

Followed guide lines with social distancing, wearing masks. The one employee that assisted me with paying my bill was very pleasant and professional. However I didn't see any hand sanitizers inside the store for customer or for employees. This is why they get four stars only. They need to have hand sanitizers inside their establishments.

DeMarcus was great and deserves a raise. He was able to help me in a quick and very efficient but polite manner. I would recommend the east Capitol branch to all my friends and family. Again Thank You DeMarcus and the other employees at that location.

Elijah is personable, knowledgeable and solutions focused. While helping me with a complex problem, he also greeted a customer, gently reminded him to wear a mask and coached a staff person without missing a beat.

A snafoo with a sim card caused me to make a trip to the store. Staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was in and out with my problem resolved in 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier with the service.

i have been coming to this store for over a year, i have now for 10.5 months have a business account ,one installment plan ,other times paided on time or ahead of time,worker told me,i had to start all over again with Good standing, also had an app i could not get rid of and ask the tech/worker or rep to remove it ,and she tried but couldnt, i went home and did it myself, i inquire about what do i have to do to leave t-mobile and take my number with me,and easily told what to do,no one tried to convince you to stay ,what happen to make the customer happy, i wanted to purchase an iphone and upgrade my phone to an galaxy 9 ,but walk away with nothing.

Rude poor customer service Simon is the worst along with everyone . Learn how to treat your customers.
