Don't know bout all stores, but this one was staffed with nice people who I wished, knew more about their products. Particularly their Apple phones. They were very helpful and apologetic, but I spent four hours over two days and still needed to spend a half day online with apple to get it up and running. A practice in patience ...

Forgot to ask about the free phone. I wish they would have brought it up.

I've used US Cellular for many years, Travel regularly across US and find coverage good to great. Local coverage ,ergo Wisconsin is great,never had any ongoing issues

I have been coming here ever since it moved from Water Street location. Excellent customer service. A lot has changed, too. I truly encourage you if you've been disappointed by this location to try again.

Staff was very helpful, polite, and accommodating - I told them I was in a hurry and despite being busy they got me what I needed quickly and efficiently.
