Isaiah and his team are amazing! The atmosphere is so chill and the employees truly care about the best deal for you and what you want as a customer as opposed to other places where the employees treat you as a walking paycheck. If you ever need anything regarding explanations/service first place I’ll always go!
After dropping my phone in Lake Michigan and no help from Apple, I needed a small miracle. I walked in and asked for an angel and Kenyatta was that angel. Kenyatta was kind, knowledgeable and found a way to help me get a new phone without spending a ton of money. Her entire team was helpful when I came in again. 10 stars!
Kenyatta helped me purchase a new Pixel 7 with all the Verizon promos. She was informatve, professional and so very willing to help me. Can't wait to get my new phone and all data transfers. I am impressed.

Got a new phone here Saturday! Had the best experience I’ve ever had at a phone store! My brother and I were helped by Isaiah he was well knowledgeable, professional, efficient and entertaining. We had to back up our phones which takes a little time, but Isaiah was able to assist us with all operations, help other clients in between, and keep us entertained and informed while working through the update process. 5 stars for Isaiah and Verizon on this visit!
My experience was fantastic at Verizon due to Isaiah. He assisted in helping me get a new phone, transfer data from old phone to new one. He has great customer services skills. I recommend everyone switching to Verizon and going through this particular store.

Came in over the weekend to get a new phone. Isaiah worked with me, and provided some of the best customer experience I've ever seen. He was polite, informed, and answered all of my questions. But that's not all, he even helped me transfer things from my older phone over to IOS on my iphone, and showed me how to work the phone just like an android. He was very personable as well, and kept conversations rolling throughout the whole process. On top of that all, he even gave me his card and encouraged me to reach out to him even via email if after hours if I had any difficulties. Great service, and Isaiah serves as an example of how customers should be treated.
Today I had a great experience at this store thanks to the great customer service of Isaiah! I had been having a lot of issues with my phone and he was able to fix, and upgrade my phone. He was kind and very nice about it, all while helping many other customers. Isaiah was the only one working that day, I was just very impressed with his service and ability to make a not so fun task, fun. My best experience at a Verizon Store in the Milwaukee area. Keep it up!
