My family and I just switched to T-Mobile and we are so grateful for the help from Leah, the manager! She was really sweet, genuine, patient and went above and beyond, providing the best customer service and experience. We had a few hurdles with switching over, but Leah made it easy and guided us through each step of the process. Truly grateful for Leah’s expertise and assistance!
I had the best experience at the store yesterday Thursday the 29th of September. A representative named Trey that was at this location yesterday has always been so helpful. He switched everything from my old phone to my new phone, and it was such a pain but he got it all done he is amazing he knows exactly what he's doing it's awesome!!! I've known him for about a couple of weeks or so. He also works at another location that I go to a lot the Mill Creek location. The other Representatives that are at this location are awesome as well!!!
I am a brand new customer at T-Mobile. I went to the store this afternoon, in a panic, to try and get an issue resolved, that for me, was an absolute deal-breaker. The representative, Leah, was incredibly understanding, extremely helpful, and, she resolved it quickly! I wish every interaction with a major retail company was like this one. From my perspective, this was world-class service!
By my own mistake, I deleted all of my passwords... hundreds! Almost hopelessly I slinked into the Foothill T-Mobile office. Within 2 minutes Leah had restored the passwords and made my day a lot happier! 2 weeks later bought a phone there. Old guy + new phone = chaos! Leah and Shay calmed the storm and got me through it. Outstanding service.
Leah, store manager in the Foothill T-Mobile store is outstanding in customer service. We been to the store for many account changes & purchases. She cares & follows through on everything that the T-Mobile back office will allow. Very responsive & responsible. We are 8 year T-Mobile customers & will be staying with them for all our 5G mobile & home internet needs.
Earlier today, my partner and I spent FOUR HOURS at the Sugarhouse T-Mobile and left defeated and empty handed. The service from the store manager specifically was simply not there. The guy never once greeted us, looked in our direction, or offered any sort of assistance after he was briefed with our situation and time spent at that particular location. We left frustrated, almost in tears, and questioning the decision to go with T-Mobile in the first place. We came to the Foothill T-mobile with little hopes, considering our first experience earlier in the day, and were appalled at how different the service was here. Leah, the store manager, along with Shay, Trey, and Petra solved our issue in two hours. Every 10-15 minutes we were updated on what was happening, and were consistently apologized to—for a problem they didn’t cause! At the end of it all, having spent a total of SIX HOURS between two locations, Shay and Leah could sense our fatigue and let us go, all while saying, “we’ll figure this out and call you when we do.” 20 minutes after leaving, Shay calls us to let us know we’re all set up and all problems were solved. This particular staff turned our whole day around after a less than ideal start at the first store. Thank you!
Leah, Petra and Shay were so helpful. They spent hours setting up my new phone, making sure I got all the data transfered and organized and fixing a technical glitch. They explained the new phone in terms I could understand, without judgement.
Tristan and Leah were AMAZING today when I visited the store. They were extremely helpful — answering even my most technical questions. They were able to help me get exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend. Will visit again.

Petra went so far above and beyond in assisting me, specifically compared to other T-Mobile stores. Although we weren't able to solve my issue on the day, she was able to set me on a path that cost me the least amount of money and time. Petra exhausted every option, and even checked inventory at other stores on my behalf. All this, and I didn't even set foot in the store. She did this on a phone call. I could not be more impressed with the customer service at this store.
