It was clean. Their internet ad explicitly states it's an "authorized" retailer. We went there and was promptly told there was nothing they could do. They then stated that we needed to go to an "authorized" retailer. I wasn't pleased at all about this.
Madelynne was very helpful and informative helped me upgrade my phone and took care of everything. Always had good experiences at this location and have been coming for years
Went into the store today and got the new LG Velvet from the manager Ryan. He got me a great deal on the phone and I was really impressed by the staff, who we're all wearing masks. The store looked really clean and it was a much better experience than I've had at Verizon store in the past. Thank you Ryan!
Went to the Foothill Verizon store today. Great experience. No waiting and Spencer was knowledgeable and very helpful.
