The customer service at this store is amazing, even thought they are sales people they still go above and beyond to help out with Troubleshooting the devices and not sending me to the service and repair store. I especially want to shout out the whole staff who always makes me feel welcome I highly recommend anyone come to this specific T-Mobile for all things telecom.
Muhammed was amazing. I'm not a patient person, and with all the issues with my phones that were going on, I was about to switch my entire family plan to AT&T. But he was super patient and was able to resolve the problem. I definietly appreciate his service.
If I could give less stars I would. They offer no customer service or technical support. They only specialize in selling phones and can barely sell them now. The manager on duty was blonde hair woman who stressed her lack of customer service and technical services. I came there at 10 am and the blonde hair women spent 45 minutes just turning on the computer. I’m so disappointed in the service and I do not recommend anyone go there. I know for a fact this store is trash that they would have the blonde hair baby father comment afterward patronizing me. I am not a liar they cannot offer any customer service or technical support just low phone sales.
Nice place employees are great just some days a looooooong wait time

A review about the store staff and not the product . Aweful people. you wont feel secure there. no customer CARE here . you, have to be CAREful with them. i returned a tablet 2 hours after i purchased it due to loose connection of USB cable in the micro USB port. the girl working there first tried to convince me that this looseness was Ok and that this was how nowadays devices are made, with loose USB connection.and a colleague standing next to her was doing the same, assisting her trying to fool me. So i had to confirm that with LG. I come back home and chat with the manufacturer, LG. they confirmed that the USB port and the cable are supposed to fit.i called back the manager at the store and when i presented the confirmation, this time ,not being anymore able to deny the fact that it was a manufacturing defect. she accused me that i broke it i'd returned the tablet less than tow hours after purchase and said that she was present when i showed the problem to the store staff and that she saw it was not lose . all lie. shamelessly denying the trute . And left me one option : return with restocking fee $75. plus not giving me back the money i paid for the plan. totally around $100 . not only that, the girl interrupted me all the time when i spoke. I called Tmobile customer "CARE" with lots of hope the they would intervene and give my right. But they admitted their inability to alter the store's approach. You have to be very careful when you purchase from Tmobile., be totally bereft of trust. The restocking was written on the box and they made the purchase procedure such, that they make sure i didn't read it and didn't become curious about it's amount until i paid . now, i have learned something you may need to know too.restocking can be applied only on a frivolous returns caused by a bad decision , or buyer's remorse. like not liking the color. restocking can't be applied when you return a thing because of defect, missing parts or wrong delivery. they try to put you in BUYER'S REMORSE category and implement restocking fee on you. your case wont be a buyer's-remorse one if it is because of a defect or missing part or receiving the wrong item. if anybody has anything to say about LG GPAD X8.0 USB cable loosely fitting in the relative port please share. i thank you.
