I would recommend T Mobile to my friend's!!

Had to stop by and get a new SIM card for my phone. Edison was great to work with and very helpful with getting everything that I needed. It was a faster trip then I had anticipated and it was because of the TMobile experts!

T-mobile associate Lashante Crocker is who helped me with my new, iPad iPhone and Apple watches she was awesome friendly and not to mention funny. I enjoyed her help. T-mobile needs more like her

The wait was unbelievable about 40 minutes to pay a bill

About a month after the merge with Sprint which was the carrier I was with and still "problems with the switch". Not nessesarily this location, but all four of the "T.Mobile" stores I've been to in the last three weeks. I hope they get their s#@t together for their own sake.

I was thinking about how much a phone would improve my lifestyle. I learned that the phone has caused a divorce, left me penniless and mentally has destroyed me. The service at this store, however, was above expectations.

The representative was very helpful and courteous

Nice new establishment. Two to three reps available at a time. Not to busy. Free parking. Handicap accessible entrance. Good selection of phones and accessories to choose from.
