A CURRENT EMPLOYEE IS A SCAMMER Photo Included I WAS SCAMMED DO NOT BE ME Updated Oct 14,2022 When upgrading my cellphone to move on from an old contract this woman greeted me and serviced me being very kind and helpful. She led me to another employee Ahmed and he began the computer process while she and I talked to discussed the process and then she got my phone .. In doing so she stated A PHONE SCREEN PROTECTOR AND CASE CAME WITH MY PHONE. I asked serval times to make clear if it was not free i did not want the items, I even suggested I didn’t want it because they had no cases that I liked that were “included” in the promotion.. They insisted because it were “free”. I continued to state that I did not want the accessories if they were not free. She continued to insist I’d only be responsible for the TAXES which would be on the receipt I left with. I checked my recent bill for August and it is a $30 increase for ACCESSORIES Added onto my bill for me to pay installments monthly . I never agreed to that. When I went back in the store the employees were kind but trying to convince me her wording may have been off.. When I approached her she said “I told you you’d pay taxes” which indeed is not installments on my bill. Be CAREFUL who services you there THEY DO GET COMMISSION some are finessing to do so. I work for my money I’d be damned. The manager Mike was very considerate and had a lot of patience, another employee Floyd and he helped me fix the problem. I am currently at T-mobile in South Philly to pay my bill and they tell me that the previous phone retailer T mobil on Cecil B didn’t give me all the information to my plan and that’s why my phone bill fluctuates. Mind you they make commission, I was very clear about what I wanted going into the store and was still scammed. DO NOT BE ME
The T-Mobile on broad st is the worst for sprint customers trying to pay their bill. This was my second time there & they still don't have the equipment to take on the bill paying for sprint phone owners. The 1st time I, had to leave there & ride in town to 13th and Market. Now today I still couldn't pay my bill and I couldn't ride down town. Please as a customer I, implore you to get the equipment needed so that customers like me can pay their bills and it's much closer to me to get to. My rating for this visit is 0000000
This store is helpful and professional. However T mobile as a company tries their most to get you for everything. Even when you try to cancel the service they wont. Then they want you to pay for the time even when you tried to cancel. Then they like trying to get you to pay for devices that were free with switching.
Though hours are advertised until 8:00PM this store actually locks it’s doors at 7:30-7:45 and employees inside will not assist.
Super helpful staff. Have been trouble with my phone for a month, went to one T-Mobile store and the person said I just needed to get a new phone. Came here for a second opinion, and the guy 1 spent a while trying to help me, and tried like 50 different things, and 2 made one last suggestion as I walked out the door, resigned to calling insurance. He figured it out. If he sees this, uninstalling the VPN *did* fix it. Thank you!
The staff are always welcoming & theres ALWAYS a Promotion popping off. Regardless if I am paying a bill, in need of an upgrade ir some accessories this Crew has got you covered. They go over & beyond regarding Customer satisfaction

Adel at store 1193 located at 2600 North Broad street Suite B, was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went to pay the bill. My phone battery charge had stopped. First, he appeared agitated to provide service. I asked to change my phone plan. He told me I could not use their phone and that He could not change it. He Then said I had to call T-Mobile customer service to change the plan. He took a broken plug and attached it to my phone. He then told me the issue was with my phone. I insisted there was nothing wrong with the phone. Then he nastily told me to go to Metro PCs and charge my phone. After ciphering how nasty he was and what his intent was, I went to Metro PCS. The employees At Metro PCS were professional and courteous. They allowed me to use a charger. There was no issue with my phone. The charger that I used, charged my phone.
I turned in my note 7 due to the recall the guy told me he could not give me cash in store but it would be credited to my account a month's later no credit, called the store and the guy told me they gave me cash in store. I never got my money back, I know that T-mobile employee pocketed my money this store will rob you I am no longer a T-mobile customer
Bad service with the sales clerk .he did not explained anything to me about the phone service n contract.Iam dissatisfied with this phone company and the service I received
