Worst customer service in the world . The gentleman there are so disrespectful.
I only gave this place 2 stars for the manager the girl with the long hair, she’s professional and polite other than that I would’ve gave them 0 especially for the girl with the shot hair, she’s not deserving for that type of jobs. She was unprofessional, rude and was on her phone while helping us. Worst of the worst.
They lied to me about my insurance. When you break your phone and try to get it replaces...yet qre told your phone is not insured. Panic start a to set in till I call tmobile corporate and get the truth. I know you are on commission but don't flat out lie to customers just to make a sales. I will never shop at this location again. Be careful if you ever shop here.
Nice people, but didn't want to do their job I needed a increase on credit and they told me I have to call T-Mobile because they don't call for the customer. Also, one employee was walking Aron's showing her boxers
I love T Mobile ...been their customer for more than 15yrs. The staff here is especially nice and very knowledgeable. I enjoy coming in this store. Most people would agree customer service has takin a back seat...not here or at T-MOBILE.
The staff always greet you with a smile and go beyond their duty I would recommend this T-Mobile to family and friends,,

Worst experience I ever had with a Tmobile store this is definitely the worst.Im actually considering cancelling all my tmobile accounts.Went in bc i was having trouble with my phone and nobody wanted to help,very rude and unprofessional!!!!!Very poor customer service for such a big carrier.
There's all new employees there know but the old ones were the best. The manager Brian is that dull. He makes sure all his customers leave happy
