Nyc kosher mainstay! Weird joint on a 3rd floor of a small building in the diamond district with good Uzbek food selections. Not chic or anything, but food and service are both solid. Don't expect much, and u'll be pleasantly surprised.

Great Russian food. Top notch kashrus. Center of the city. Reasonable prices. 
What more can you ask for?

The food is usually very good. The service was good the last time I went there, but not so good in previous years. The prices can be high, even for NYC. The restaurant area is fairly cramped and a multi floor walk up.
