Food is good when you go in the middle of the day when they have the A-team working, night crew is honestly bad enough that it keeps me away. Missing items, skimpy pieces, and overall just badly put together meals. The people are nice, but the food isn’t anywhere worth the same as it should be.

The food came out fast. The place is a 7/10 for clean restaurant. But, no one noticed me at the front counter for about 5 minutes. Overall, a decent taco bell franchise at this address.Food: 5/5

Worst burrito I've ever had. Was a breakfast burrito. Dry. Over cooked. Never should have stopped. Sorry Bell. But I have to say the truth. Was like it was in the heat lamp for at least and hour.

Every time I’ve gone to this location there’s an issue with my order. It’s rather they get the special instructions wrong, which ruins the food for me since I have certain allergies where I need the instructions to actually eat. Or the order is completely wrong and somebody else’s entirely

If I could give a zero I would. I tried to order at around 12:20a and no workers were answering even though there was at least two workers I saw. I drove to the window and they wouldn’t come even though they saw me.

This is a good one. I've gone here about 3 times for lunch now. Dining room is always clean, restrooms too. In my experience, the workers have always been courteous and helpful. First time I went, the cashier helped me find a combo that had what I was looking for. Service is quick, no more than 4 minutes wait

I hate leaving bad reviews for places I love but this was too ridiculous not to share. On 4/8/23 or 4/9/23 I ordered a 12 pack of tacos. I ordered to really expensive one with the Doritos shell and sour cream. When I pulled up and paid they already had my food ready which seemed very odd to me. So I took a minute to look at my order and noticed that they were all just the regular cheap tacos with no sour cream and no Doritos shells. So I informed them of this and they told me to pull around to the front and wait. They brought them out and the bag felt heavy, I was sure this was my correct order. However when I got home it was obvious they had just taken some of the tacos and squeeze some sour cream in them as the shells were broken and the rappers were not properly closed and there was just ingredients everywhere inside the box. They were also ice cold. I don't know how long these tacos had been sitting there because I know that they did not make them that fast they were ready before I was even done paying. This isn't right because that party box is really expensive and I expect to get decent tacos that are at least warm and not broken. I'll be finding another Taco bell. I don't blame Taco Bell the brand but I do blame the employees at this location. I won't get into it right now but this is not the first time they've done me dirty.

I’m sure that the food they prepare here would be just as great as any other location, but the opportunity fell apart. At this particular location Jones, just south of the I-215, the staff was too overwhelmed and/or oblivious to my presence in line, that I ended up walking out and leaving. I wasn’t even acknowledged verbally. This has happened to me twice. I may give them a third & final chance, but that won’t be anytime soon.

Fast food is tough to rate. The food is always good but staff at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes and a smile and other times it’s 45 minutes and monotone rudeness. Food is good, though!

never get all items on my order. Been at this location and every single visit was missing one to two items. Terrible.
