Picked some tasty tacos. Not the best but it will do. I've always driven by this place but stopped last night the drive through was quick and thebperson at the window was efficient. Also gave me enough hot sauce to use on 5 tacos.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes
I went thru the drive thru got to work and food was cold like if it was in the fridge. My soft taco which was in the bag was hot. I have called 14 times nobody has answered the phone. I don’t have time to go back but this is the worst. I will not be returning.
I stopped tonight and should’ve turned around once I noted that every car leaving the drive through was being pulled around. My son who is 4 was past due for a nap and I promised him that as soon as I picked up dinner we would go home. I waited for around 15 minutes in line to have my order taken. When I got to the window to pay, I waited another few minutes while the lady taking other drive through orders was rolling her eyes at whoever was behind me in line as she entered their order. Finally I was able to pay but then I was told to pull around. I thought my order would be ready since I’d already waited so long to pay. I asked how long would it be if I pulled around and the young man who came to the window said it would be at least 10 more minutes. At this point, my son wasn’t having it and I asked politely for a refund explaining my situation. The young man called the manager who says she processed my refund. When I asked for a receipt she said that I could not have one. I checked my banking app and the money had been taken but no refund was indicated. I asked if I could at least see her copy of the receipt to show she processed the refund and she said there was no receipt. I then referred back to what she had just said previously that there was one but I could not have that copy. She then said there was a receipt but I could not see it. Will I ever get a refund? Who knows. It was just not the greatest customer service. I worked fast food in high school and we always were able to give the customer verification of refunds. I don’t feel that it was an unreasonable request. But either way, the poor customer service coupled with the past history of lackluster food quality at this location is the reason for my 1 star review. It’s Taco Bell so I wasn’t expecting 5 star service. But I feel like assuring me that my money was being returned wasn’t a huge ask.
This location is pretty grand. I showed up at an off hour, 3 pm, and I was served within 5 minutes of ordering despite 2 employees being on break at the time. The drive thru was steady at the time, and several door dash orders came and went in the 20 minutes 8 spent here. One of the employees had her young child with her, 5,maybe 6 years old. He "blocked" entry requesting a password. It's 'taco' if you see him. I found this amusing. Great staff, seems like they have fun with the job while keeping pace with orders. Dining area was immaculate on my visit.
Twice now. I pulled over to stop and grab some breakfast at this establishment only to be denied service because I cannot and will not use their futuristic touch screen tablet cash registers. I informed the manager and the associates that I prefer to be served the traditional way as I do not use that technology. it doesn't matter what time of day I arrive nor how busy they are. I showed up during their slow hours and when I attempt to take my order none of the cash registers are open and every employee and even the manager asks you to order through the tablet thing. I asked can you please take my order to traditional way, only to be argued with and treated as a dumber than them by trying to take my order for me using the tablet instead of opening a register and taking my order. what happened to the customer is always right? all I wanted was breakfast. I didn't ask to use your technology. if your location still has cash registers then I will take my order through that. until you remove traditional cash registers do not force me to use That. what a way to ruin someone's day and make him feel miserable. bad enough, just the thought of me living in the 21st century makes me feel miserable already. those reading this, do not visit this location. the staff are lazy and have no respect for customer. this review is by a local old school truck driver. thank you.
Visited there tonight after work to pick up something to eat really quick. I used their drive thru. The young lady at the window was very rude and inconsiderate. Asked her for hot and mild sauces. She responds very rudely "WE OUT OF MILD"! Then turns around and shut the window. Came back a few seconds later and says "PULL AROUND"! I say ok. She brought my food out, didn't say thank you for waiting, have a good night, nothing! Just reached me my food and walked away. As a food service manager I would never treat my guests that neither would I allow my team to do it. She definitely doesn't need to be in the window or interacting with customers if that's how she communicates with them. Somebody is definitely going to cuss her out, if hasn't happened already. Do better taco bell. I won't be back
This Taco Bell has the worst customer service ever. They act like they are doing you a favor by coming to work to do their job.. It seems they also do not understand the concept of a drive through is to prevent people from getting out of their car and for convenience! They make you pull around to save their drive thru times then have the audacity to NOT put all the correct stuff in you bag!! Please don't let them know when you're missing something because they will treat you like it's your fault they can't read the ticket. Now I'm usually a very understanding person but this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME my family and I visit this Taco Bell which is the only reason I'm leaving this review. And we've lived in this area for 2 years!!!!
I love Taco Bell. No matter which one that we go to it is always good. I love the self ordering screens. The only problem is that when you pay with cash you end up waiting a long time for an employee to come over so we can pay. That's my only gripe. Just Saying. That is the only reason that I rate service a four. Vegetarian options: None Parking: Average fast food fair for parking. Everyone see.s to follow the same model. Wheelchair accessibility: Usual
Everything was just ok. I requested a soft taco but received a crunchy one. The chiloopa and taco had very little meat in it. Both tasted okay but I felt like I didn't get my monies worthFood: 2/5
Ordered in the drive thru the young lady working didn't have the best attitude. I'm guessing they are short staffed so their process is order, pull around, park and wait until your hunger pangs tie your stomach into knots. The same young lady on drive thru then walks out and passes out your food. Oh, orders are not given to customers as they are received in the drive thru they may be mixed up or incorrect.
