Taco Cabana

Check your food before you leave this Taco Cabana. Management likes to reheat and reuse unsold orders. I got home to realize that none of my food was fresh, who knows how many days old it was.. *update. They replaced my order and apologized.

First time at TC and honestly it wasn’t that great. Mainly it was because i was at the counter for like 5 minutes and no staff even came to take my order. All they did was take care of the drive through. I was ready to leave the store and give a one star review then out of no where an employee sitting out in his car that I assume he was on break or his shift was over asked if anyone took my order. I replied no and he said he could help me. I didn’t want to make him go back in there if his shift was over but he said it was alright. I still feel bad as im writing this review right this moment. Too bad I didn’t catch his name. After he handed my drink, he was gone. Big thank you to this awesome employee. I don’t know if food quality is good or no but at least he made my first experience with TC less dreadful. These 4 stars are for him.

Every time I go here in the evening the employees are always arguing with one another. Good food but horrible staff. Today I saw an employee throw a wet towel at another employees face while using extreme profanity in front of me and other customers. I was waiting on my food for 25 mins. I wasted my lunch break here. I was nervous and uncomfortable. Usually I don’t write reviews but this was NOT a good experience. Will definitely not visit here again.

I ordered through the Drive-thru and was asked to wait in the parking lot while they get my order ready. 20 minutes later, I decided to go in to check and found the staff just goofing around while my food got cold sitting on the counter. WORST Taco Cabana I've ever been to. Good thing I decided to check my order at the restaurant since they got EVERYTHING WRONG! I'm seething reliving the entire experience.

The worst Taco Cabana. I ordered not a lot of food, but one of the plates was the Mexican Plate: The cheese enchilada was too hard to eat, & smelled like rotten cheese, & the taco I could not eat because the hard shell was stale and hard & was enidible. Also check your food, because I had to go back and tell them to add the two soft tacos that they forgot to give me. Sauce was old and rancid. I’m so lucky I did not pour it on my taco and ate it. Took a picture to compare the two salsas. They really need to close this location downalways too many problems.

Been going here for years and last couple months it’s TERRIBLE. Drive thru can’t get ANYTHING on my tacos. Been charged and gotten no guacamole or cheese now for the 5th time… I know I should check my order but really. CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY TIME. Wish I could give ZERO STARS… oh, and I TIP EVERYTIME… sad…

The food started out well when I 1st had it. Now it's not the same. The whole taste and preparation of the food is nasty. The Mexican pizza just came out, and the 1st I had it was at this location, so I never had it anywhere since, so I went back and got it again from this same location and was disgusted.Food: 1/5

Nice new place off Yale.... Not the best Mexican food you can eat... But it is pretty good for what it is... go grab some breakfast or lunch.. Well until next time signing off Two Peas

CHECK YOU FOOD AND RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I just left from there this and drove all the way to work without checking my food. Something told me to check it, but the last time I went I did not have any problems. I ordered 5 bacon, egg, and cheese tacos and 5 potato, egg, and cheese tacos. Instead I received 1 bacon, egg, and cheese taco, and 4 potato, egg, and cheese tacos. There are 5 of us. The point was to get 2 tacos each. This location is at least 15mins from my job! My order was VERY basic to not get it right. Then they don't at least label or intial the foil so you know which is which without touching other people food trying to see which is bacon or potato. Even the way my receipt is rung up looks crazy!

Back to texas after 4 years, taco cabana used to be one of my fav place, but feel like food is not up-to the standard now. Location is clean, nd great customer service. Food is served to the order quite fast.
