Customer service is awful especially over the phone. I called about a grubhub order that took 2 hours and they hung up on me. I called again and they told me “they didn’t speak English and couldn’t help me” and then proceeded to hang up. Absolutely ridiculous

This is a very cozy place. We went on a Tuesday afternoon and it was empty aside from two people at the bar. We ordered their Jugo de Marañon and it was way too sweet for my taste. They are very accommodating when it comes to substitutions for the dishes. The staff was friendly. Overall the quality of the food is great and it's reasonably priced

Great food but.... they are offline as often as not when trying to order and their phone has gone to a full voicemail for weeks now. Very frustrating and I'm about to give up ordering from them in the future. I don't know what the issue is, but they need to get their act together.
