Tampico Grill

I've been going to Tampico Grill for every holiday, special occasion, and whenever I'm in the mood, for pretty much my whole life. It's the place, the one where you can always go for a family friendly experience, both because it's a family owned restaurant, and because all are welcome. I'm Mexican, so when I tell you they have the best chicken tacos I've ever had, know it's no joke. You can't go wrong with the food, the staff, the ambiance, it's all perfection.

Last night was my first time at Tampico Grill, I sat the bar with my date and we were greeted with menus and great service within a minute of sitting down. The margaritas were extremely good. I got a steak quesadilla that was amazing and my date got the Super Combo Platter, that was exceptional. The environment is very laid back, the food was exceptional with large portions, the service was wonderful, and the drinks were strong. The price for the food and drinks were very reasonable. I will certainly be making a trip back next time I am in the mood for Mexican cuisine.

The food tastes good, it has a little more spicy kick than some Tex Mex restaurants. The staff was excellent! I always enjoy coming here with family and friends.

It was our first time visiting Tampico Grill after moving to Maryland. I’m glad we decided to pop in. Exceptional service from Justin and hot, delicious food for a good price. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Tampico Grill is a hidden gem in Laurel. The decor is admittedly not the best, and it sits in the shadow of a Holiday Inn - but the food and service are OUTSTANDING and more than make up for any of the shabby interior. Try the steak tacos - you will not regret your decision.
