Bought a package deal for Brazilian lazer for 900 dollars. My hair all grew back. Make sure you wait until your hair starts to grow back for the next session. My sessions were scheduled to close apart to where there was no hair to lazer. I even brought it up to the person doing my appointment and she still proceeded with the lazor.

Holy cow, I can't believe how good my injector was! She was able to fix some mistakes made at another clinic and I couldn't be happier! The procedure was relatively painless, I hardly have swelling and no real bruising. The staff was super friendly, the waiting lobby was clean and bright and the rooms were nice as well. I'll definitely be back! My overall experience was excellent...I wish I'd found this place sooner!

It was easy to make an appointment and get right in. Once there I was seen promptly. Which I appreciate a doctors office respecting patients time. The women doing my infections was knowledge and did a fantastic job! I already made my next appointment. Being from Vegas I was nervous to find a new doctor but looks like I got lucky on the first try. They're also members of the Brilliant Distictions program. If an office in Vegas wasn't a member of the BD program I always wondered where they were buying their product from and if it was legit product or not. I highly recommend.

So dissapointed two times in a row! I feel stupid for going back after the called me to "fix" my bad botox. I had bought a Groupon for 20 units of botox, as that is what I had at a well known clinic closer to Seattle 1.5 years prior and it worked amazing. I am only 34 and not wanting to be overdone. The male Dr that helped me was friendly at my 1st appt, however I ended up "spawking" as the 2nd female Dr and receptionist stated. The placement was not ideal on my particular face. I am a frequent Google reviewer and very active on Yelp etc. I posted my review along with photos on Yelp for other potential customers to see. The clinic has their staff research reviews and they spotted mine within days. The receptionist called me and explained they would like me to come back free of charge to fix the excessive pointed eyebrow look I had as a result of the placement. I decided ok, I will drive back down so they can touch it up. If I was happy with the results I would post a new or updated review. I was impressed they took the time to call and the to fix it. Well this is the update and to be very honest I am really unhappy now. The 2nd visit was with a female Dr. She took a lot of time with me talking and asking questions about my 1st appointment and what we could do to fix it. (give me more Botox to take away the spawking) So she did give me more. When I went out to check out she told me I owed $140!? Excuse me? I was contacted because I wasn't happy the 1st time and invited back in for free to touch it up. Why would I go back and pay MORE!? I felt taken advantage of!! I was standing there looking at all 3 staff and I was shocked. I paid out of embarrassment and not really understanding what just took place? Why did they charge me to fix their mistake? I should have spoken up and said no, absolutely not! When I left I called my husband to get his advice. He was very livid and told me we needed to call back and ask for a refund and why did they go back on their word? He called and they wouldn't talk to him. (HIPPA) So I called myself to explain what had just happened and why it was wrong. I asked to speak to the Dr and the receptionist said she, the Dr was busy and would call me back. Well she never did. The receptionist said she is the one who spoke to me before to invite me back in to get the free touch up. I asked her why it was not free? She said the Dr advised I get 40 units at my 1st appt and I chose not to. What does that have to do with poor placement? My top half of my forehead was completely undone. Also, the receptionist told me at that the 2nd Dr visit, she gave me more than a touch up!? I was so shocked once again, this place is very shady. The Dr never explained this to me, never asked if I wanted to pay at todays visit for more than fixing the spawking. She mentioned I might be extra frozen but never mentioned me paying. Doesnt that seem odd? I got the feeling the Dr told the receptionist what to say. Also, the receptionist was not in the room with me when all of this took place both times, isn't that a HIPPA violation? She discussed specifics of my appointments with the Dr from 2 appointments and the 2nd info was not correct. She explained this over the phone where other patients in the waiting room could hear. I am just so upset and I refuse to let this go. First off she called me on a recorded line the day she had read my negative review and explained they wanted me to come back for free. I will be pulling that recording from my provider. Secondly, I will be contacting my family lawyer and the bank to report fraud. This is not OK to take advantage of patients. To be very honest they took advantage of the wrong person and this will be solved. Buyer beware- do not fall victim to this Groupon scam, I will be contacting the Groupon company as well. Another note if you read past reviews for this company more than one person stated they suspect Tacoma Laser Clinic dillutes their botox or uses another brand. I am not sure but they might be on to something?
