This information center is located downstairs. I came in through the back door and there was a good amount of parking. It is conveniently located directly off Lake Tahoe Blvd. I went in about ten minutes until closing time and was helped by a nice woman , despite the fact that I was there....ten minutes until closing time.

Website says it's open daily 1am -10pm. It is not. Voice mail sends you back to website. No hours of operation stated on voicemail. Terrible!
