Take 5 Oil Change

Marshawn and Kenneth did my oil change. They were kind, informative, and quick. We’re a joy to talk to. Made sure my vehicle had the right oil and filled my tires. Not trying to overcharge. Really appreciated their kindness and efficient work. Thank you! 100% recommend.

Very friendly service - brought me a bottle of water while waiting my turn. Got me in & out a little slower than expected - likely 25 minutes in the bay for an oil change. About a mile down the road my tire pressure sensor went off, and I found the tire pressures to be nearly DOUBLE the specification. They had the correct PSI noted on my receipt 36psi, but the actual pressure was over 60psi! How do you mess that up when the air hose has a pressure gauge right at the valve!? I had to go back and have them fix the tires - I'm lucky I didn't hit a pothole & rupture a tire.Service: Oil change

Is was quick and the workers were polite, but they broke several of the bolts when putting my skid plate back on and didn’t say anything. I didn’t know until the next day. Someone stopped me and said I had something dragging under my truck. It’s a fiber skid plate so I couldn’t hear it. No w I have to buy a new skid plate. It’s a new truck, but they said they were replacing the drain plug for some reason. Now I’m wondering if they messed that up too…Service: Oil change

Their posted hours say they close at 7pm. I pulled in at 6:35pm and they turned me away, saying they don't service vehicles after 6:30pm. There was only one vehicle ahead of me. If your hours say you close at 7pm, most people expect that means you provide service until 7pm. If you need the final half hour to do closing tasks, please change the closing time to 6:30pm.

The technicians were not pushy about having other services performed air filter, wiper blades, etc like other shops I’ve been to. There was one vehicle ahead of me I only had to wait 5 mins and then I pulled in. The technician came out and gave me a water while I waited. Once in the shop, the pile change literally took 5 minutes. So convenient and easy. I’ve waited an hour at other places! The prices are a little higher, but the convenience was awesome.
