Outstanding Service! I mean OUTSTANDING!!! Joe and his staff figured it out! I had many mechanical issues with my boat but Joe and his staff stayed on it and they made it right! They are very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and especially understanding to the boaters. My boat runs strong and my family is enjoying it because of them. I will continue to use Joe in the future and I will recommend anyone to use him as well.

Tanglewood has done motor work, and boat Maintance for me in the past. The job has always been done correctly, and in the estimated time frame they promised. The price is always what the given estimate was. This past winter he put in a new steering system I am looking forward to trying it out this spring.

I was hoping to develop a trustworthy relationship with them, but right off the bat they charged me to repair my boat before it was even tested, walked out paying $700 for a still broken boat. Wanted over $3000 for the repair very sketchy to say the least. I will not be back. Needless to say I repaired the boat myself for a lot less .... Not only this but they put a tangle wood marine sticker on my trailer without permission. Not the end of the world but a disappointment for sure.

Joe is the only one (out of 3 mechanics) who figured out what was wrong w our jet engine! Joe and his team are a wealth of knowledge! Thank you Tanglewood Marina for getting us back on the water!! A+++

I brought in my 1995 Princecraft with 70hp outboard that just wasn't running the way it should. Although I had performed regular maintenance and put in a new fuel pump and did everything I could to remedy the situation I was only getting about half the power that I normally would get out of it. When I brought it in Joe looked at it and recognized the wrong plug style in about 2 seconds. After checking compression and carbs one of the new coils(I ordered online and installed myself) was defective, typical. I've had that experience more than once. A few other maintenance issues were taken care of and the boat is now FABULOUS!!!! It was so great to deal with a guy who loves his work, knows his stuff and just generally loves to make boat owners happy. Turn around was about ten days but that was expected at this time of year and honestly shorter than expected. So if you have issues with your boat, get on the list as soon as possible so you can enjoy the water. Now that I've been here once I will never go any place else.
