We just had Sunday Brunch and it was amazing! This is a wonderful place to have a wedding or event. Food was good. The banquet room has awesome views of the valley and mountains. Wait staff was amazing! Ask for Summer, she is the best. They also had stuff for the kids to do. There was an Easter egg hunt, balloonist - Julianna Schultz n and face painting by Susan Gomez. They were amazing with the kids. I highly suggest this place for a fine dining events, special occasions, and of course golfing.
It was great Thanksgiving! Dinner! My son got to hit some balls at the range before we ate!
I’m not big on leaving reviews but with this exceptionally bad experience we’ve been having, I felt the need to share. We’ve been members here since June 2020. We have been very disappointed with the level of service around the entire club. Being vegetarian we both expressed concern during our initial visit that the restaurants had little to no options for us. We were told that it was a temporary problem and there would be ample vegetarian options to cater to the rising demand of multiple members. In 2 years there hasn’t been any changes to the menu. The whole billing system is out of whack. For several months they have been repeatedly charging the wrong card even though we had filled a form and changed it. One month they even double charged us on both cards - 600$ each! Management and accounting unfortunately take no ownership or responsibility. Emails go un responded and even calling the front desk is a challenge as no one answers the phone. The activities offered are few and far between with very limited capacity. The restaurant operations are extremely slow and there seems to be weekly emails from them for 2 years now explaining a staffing shortage. The golf itself is decent. Many events and tournaments tend to monopolize the courses which causes some difficulty in booking. Especially on weekends in warmer months. If you are looking for a real country club feel with quality activities, amenities and service- this is definitely not it. For the amount they charge, they should be able to offer more or at least renovate existing structures. It is simply not worth the money it costs to be a member
Beautiful course with mountain scenery. Monday wasn't busy at all. Only problem I had was figuring out distance to green without a satellite range finder. Will definitely play again when I come thru.

We had breakfast before golf, then had lunch afterwards. The breakfast took a while and it wasn't very hot. The lunch burger was good. The cart path needs some serious help! The fairways had swampy areas where there was a water leak or something going on. Other than that, I had a great time with friends!
Tried to go golfing with a member. Had a tee time, brought clubs and shoes, but was turned away for not having golf gloves. Tanoan is an elitist club filled with entitled whites. As minorities it’s nothing new to be turned away, but I expected better from Tanoan. As ABQ’s nicest golf course I feel let down by the customer service and lack of hospitality.
This place is horrible in almost every way. Stuck up chefs and managers who treat employees like total garbage. And the way they respond to reviews is so childish. Like they’re trying to argue with the customers. LOL. Don’t come here, don’t work here, just stay away. This place is trash.
If you're thinking of having a wedding at this venue, PLEASE think about other options. We had a wedding here on Friday, Oct 1st and was incredibly disappointed by this place. They provided us a locker room for all the bridesmaids and bride to change into their dresses and leave their bags in, and to our HORROR we walked in on someone's kids playing with all of our stuff. I'm talking pearl earrings, the wedding rings, and everyone's purses! Someone had literally dumped their kids off in this room without any supervision and no one from the venue did anything about it. On top of that, they were contractually obligated to provide us with sparklers for the Bride and Groom send off, and THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY. So we waited an extra hour for one of the workers to drive and pick some up. At this point, most of the guest had already left because of how late it was getting. For the amount of money we all paid for this venue, we were all highly disappointed with the outcome and how the manager handled the situation. I will not be coming back to this venue.
Been going to the pool for 30 years along with multiple families. Apparently Tanoan decided to bend a knee to some weak resident who sued because they suck at going off the high dive and remove the diving boards. I speak for multiple families in saying we will not renew our pool membership without diving boards.
