Great food for a great price. I was skeptical but the outside looks have nothing to do for how fun this place is inside!!Food: 5/5
After seeing this place a few times and seeing the great reviews we decided to try it out. We were really disappointed with the service. The lady who served us chips seemed upset we asked for chile con queso and brought it to the table with no smile or a word and left us. We had to look around for another waitress who we kept trying to flag down for a refill or chips. The food was pretty okay the burger and fried shrimp was the only good tasting thing we had. The fajita and grill shrimp could had been better with the quantity and the taco al pastor was very dry.
Overall a decent spot to get Mexican food. Prices are fair and breakfast is served all day with a bit of an upcharge after normal breakfast hours. The staff was attentive. I'd probably recommend the tacos or the burrito, which is very big.
Best Mexican restaurant I've ever ate at! Will highly recommend this Business.Food: 5/5
I went here with my friends. It was a great experience, and good food. I had the barbacoa tacos, the barbacoa burrito, and the horchata. The tacos are $2.50 each I got 2, the burrito is $6.99, and the large horchata is $4... So why did I get charged $26.53?! I know flour tortillas and grilled onions and tax surely doesn't add up to an extra $10. The receipt I got doesn't even list the food I had either. I'm very disappointed with this place since a friend showed me it, too. I'm not considering coming back for this very reason, how are my friends the only ones who had their orders rung up right? Por favor dame paciencia y fuerza that just ruined the whole experience for me. I suggest if you go here you should calculate your own expenses before hand. Take a good look at the menu.
I live near by and eat here at least once a week, usually breakfast. The breakfast tacos, burritos are perfect especially a quick grab and go. If your sitting down the plates are also amazing. On the other end late night weekend tacos and food this place comes through again the beef tacos with the salsa verde and my absolute favorite and if your lucky on the weekends they do karaoke and its quite entertaining and elevates the experience.
Food was good. My kid didn’t like his burger. But he’s extremely picky.
Every time my wife and I pass through Magnolia. We pass by MI Charro. And always wanted to bring my wife to eat here. Not, not the best experience. We ordered a parrillada de fajita, chicken, and shrimp. Apart that they took long, our food was taken to an other table. That just got mi furious, so I go and pay. And tell the lady we're leaving, I'm paying just the drinks. And I look up because you can see the kitchen, I see 1 cook and as I look over he has a small bucket of shrimps he puts he's hand inside the bucket to get the shrimps with out gloves. Hopefully "if" I decide to go back ima make sure he's not working that day and also make sure that theirs 2-3 cooks . So I decide to go to Taco Palenque instead. They make amazing fajita their and always fast.
I ordered a Shrimp Burrito and had to pay extra for rice and beans. No onions and cilantro. Burrito tasted very bland. No Authentic Mexican Flavor at all. Charro Beans we’re Good. I will not go back.
