The food was really good however I will recommend the Quesabirria tacos they are by far the best ones I’ve ever had! the enchiladas verdes were good too, we are definitely coming back! the only thing I didn’t like was the Piña colada it tasted like sprite really bitter and I told the waitress but didn’t fix it, besides that everything good! 10/10

Haven’t been here in a while and decided to bring my husband, which he absolutely loved. The atmosphere is very chill, service is great and food is delish. Only did a 1 star because the quesabirria tacos were good but the tortilla was a bit dry. Overall place is great and will be returning soon. These are the enchiladas suizas anyways, Thank you

Don Carlos exceeded my expectations in every way! The restaurant ambiance was inviting, the menu offered a diverse array of delicious options, and the service was impeccable. Have been going here for over 30 years since I was a kid. Now I bring my family, and we eat here weekly and some times come 2 or 3 times a week. We dine in or I pickup. We have had many birthdays or other large family gatherings here. Food is always good and fresh, wait staff is friendly, restrooms are clean and prices are reasonable and we very rarely have to wait for a table. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, I highly recommend.

Food is really good and drinks came out quickly. I would just voice what’s free refills and what’s not other than that the service was great I really enjoyed everything and strawberry lemonade and hot chocolate was really goodFood: 5/5

We eat there about twice a week. The service is always good and the food is hot and fresh. Can't beat 3 Enchiladas for $9.95. You choice carnitasmy favorite shredded chicken or ground beef. They have hands down the best chips and salsa. You get free queso at lunch till 3pm. Definitely worth the trip to the Eastside.Food: 5/5

This place is amazing. The portions are pretty big for the price. So you'll have left over. It almost has a bunch of options on the menu as well. Definitely not TexMex. Also, they give 50% off for the military . The environment is very festive and clean. The servers are very nice and on point. They came by and checked our table many times and only communicated with us as needed. I can tell that the staff is very professional because there are multiple people bussing the tables at one time. Keeping everything clean and orderly. 3-31-2023 update --- we went back here on our way to Mississippi and stopped here for dinner. The first time the food and service was great. This time around the the tacos meat we ordered was bitter and it was not tasty. Also they did NOT give us the military discount that was advertised. There is a GIANT poster at the door that says 50% off for military people but this discount was not received the second time around. We're not sure why. If they are not giving out the discount then the advertisement should be taken down. It is false advertisement. So I have decreased from 5 stars to 3 stars the rating as average. Our server was nice, she remembered us from last time. Minus one star for having false poster at the door about the military discount. And the minus one star for the food.

Food and ambiance is always excellent.. M-F 11am-3pm is lunch specials and they give you free cheese for the table during those hours.. Lunch special have great options at very affordable prices.. I always have my son and daughters birthday dinners here.. The waitresses and staff are on point and very fast.. DO NOT GET THE BIRRIA.. it in no way taste like Birria tacos.. the flavor is overwhelming and bitter.. I had to send it back and order something else... NOT WORTH IT.. Parking: Plenty available.. Wheelchair accessibility: My dad is in a wheelchair and it's very ADA accessible, they've rebuilt a new ramp for Wheelchairs and it's very convenient with all the upgrades including the parking.

Went on a Saturday Afternoon about 12... We had a table of at least 14 people. The servers where attentive and split the bills correctly.. Which was a pleasant surprise.. The food came out at the same time and was pretty good. Will go back..
