Customer service representatives are very rude over the phone. It was almost autumn, I decided to splurge on a new Shabby Chic queen size comforter and sheet set for my bedroom. The next day I received an email, it was a Wednesday, 30% off all bedding in store and online. I decided to call first because the items were heavy for me to carry with a bad back. The young woman who answered began to argue with me, stating new sales started on Sundays and it must be an online only deal, so rude talking down to me. I read her the email but she wasn't listening. So long story short I lugged the stuff back in, she returned it on one receipt, then she I had to be repurchase it all over at the service desk (at least she did that) and got my 30% off! What a giant pain in my back, literally. I just wanted to know what the policy was if something went on sale after you just purchased it. Don't even get me started on in store pick-up on Black Friday when I ordered two things on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They act so nice to your face but when you call with a problem, forget about it! The first half of the review is for the original Bald Hill location, the second is for the Warwick Mall location.

I like to do my grocery shopping here because of the redcard and cartwheel , but this was my last time, this is the 4th time this location didn't check dates on things and have sold expired food, I always check dairy and meats to make sure they aren't expired because I have gotten bad hot dogs and pepporope in the past, the last time was expired chip and cookies , those are things I wouldn't think yo check because they have a long shelf life, but this location always has expired food, I one time brought up the molded bread they had on the shelf to the service desk. They don't care , really a shame I shop here weekly but just git my son some cookies and they were expired by 1 week already inexcusable .

Like the store, however a few months back I purchased a Ful backpack for $60 and about one month later it fell apart. Sorry I purchased it.

Nice new store, smaller than other targets. Has an entrance into warwick mall.

For once it was nice to be there. It wasn't crowded. However, we couldn't get through one isle because two workers had each had a push cart full of crushed boxes and they decided to have a personal conversation. We had to turn around and go a differentvway
