Taza Lebanese Grill Downtown

Really really amazing food. Their hummus and the Lebanese bread are the best. Kind of on the pricier side, but it is definitely worth it. I had the chicken kafta and it was perfect amount. In a span of 1 week I have been there twice and got the same thing. Their tour of Lebanon, Vegetarian Feast is a really good deal to cover all their delicious appetizers when in groups. The service is very slow. But otherwise everything is perfect. Even the desserts standout..

Bad experience starting with the host of the place. As soon as we were there he asked if we have a reservation. We did so we mentioned about it. He asked us if we reserved right before we came in or we did it long time ago. We did a long time ago but I don't know how does that matter. I wouldn't have cared much about it if the food was okay. We've ordered really well cooked lamb. First few pieces were okay. Later pieces were really bad. We felt we were chewing plastic. It was really hard and not well done. Asked for hot water. Got water in a regular glass cup. I couldn't drink it as I couldn't even touch the glass. Only thing good about it is the bread was free.

I ate at Taza several nights ago. The food was full of love and so delicious. Claire was our waitress. Both she and the owner made us feel more than at home. The Shawarma and hummos were delectable. I recommend the Nine Vegetable Soup. It's a meal in itself. There is an honor and dignity in this restaurant you don't find very often. Go, eat, enjoy.

The best tasting, most fresh food (not just middle eastern) in Cleveland. I've never tasted better middle eastern food anywhere, and I'd spent many years eating at various Lebanese restaurants in Dearborn, MI. Plus a terrific venue as well - beautiful restaurant. And the large, private dining room is fit for even the most elegant of events.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to visit for dinner in the Cleveland area. The food is so good! I keep it simple with a Falafel Pita, but the veggie platter is a great way to go. The service is wonderful (even when they were slammed on New Year's Eve)! Be sure to ask if you can see the back room for larger parties... It's so nice!
