TD Bank

I have to say this branch is horrible, I am not sure is it the location or is it the people that work there. for some reason, anything you want to get accomplished has to be ran thru the bank manager even if your depositing a check. I simply walked in there trying to get a bank letter modified that I just got from another local branch in Newark, DE for business purposes and the customer service lady claimed she has to order one for me. like seriously, its not first time I've asked for this simple letter nor anyone else. and than she gave me a form to fill out, wow. She said the other branch should not have done it. so why do they do it all the time than. are they violating the laws of mankind or what?..........

The bank manager Pat Broady owes me an apology for the humiliation and disrespect she showed me that day at the ATM lobby claiming she knows what she talking about and she does not want to argue with me when she came out rushing to the door with no intro to who she is, just complete disrespect and attack on an a TD customer that did nothing wrong. I simply wanted to deposit my business cks. that was total humiliation. Very bad teller attitude and customer service don't know what they doing. The list could go on and on. I'll just stop here.
