A package from my insurance was sent here in regards to my auto loan. Wsfs charged me for my auto loan even though it was supposed to have been paid off and now I'm short on money to pay bills. Trying to resolve this has been impossible I keep getting directed to number after number and no one can help me I'm clueless as to how to fix this and get my money back. Renee and Jeff A have been helpful to their ability but did not appreciate the attitude from Stephanie from the main number.

I have my account set up that if I use my credit card and I have no funds it should just decline payments! THIS IS WHAT AN AGENT ASSURED ME YEARS AGO WHEN OPENING MY ACCOUNT! Its been set up like that for over 5 years! And its exactly what has happen in 2 occasions to me, my card has declined due to no funds available and no overdraft protection was ever charged! Now all of a sudden I have to pay $100 in over draft fees and can't close my account until its paid! These people are thieves!

Used WSFS as mortgage lender, and the closing process was a long, drawn out nightmare. If I could post 0-star rating, I would.
