Paul could not have been more wonderful, friendly and efficient! A great feature at this business is their “no diagnosis fee!” Upon discovering the problem with my laptop he determined the part would have to be ordered; however, it arrived more quickly than I had thought it would. In my opinion, the laptop was fixed in “record time!” I will never go anywhere else in the future because THIS business truly cares about its customers and delivers A++ service!

We all are so dependent on our devices! When accidents happen to my kids phones, or even my phone doesn’t charge, it can be costly and I don’t know if I’m being lied to or not. I ‘assumed’ Bc I had an older phone that didn’t charge, that I needed my charging port replaced. I walked in and told them that. They could have EASILY taken me for $100. They instead told me ‘Let us diagnose this for $30, if you need it replaced, we will back that out of charge’. 5 mins later, they returned with my same phone, they just professionally cleaned it. Being able to to trust people is important. They could have rung me up before seeing my phone. They have helped me and my kids with devices. It’s refreshing to have someone who can help you even if they make less money. If you break a device in any way, or even if it’s not seeming to charge right, please visit Tech Loft! Their staff, skill set, but mostly their integrity are what counts. Go see them if you got broken screen or even if not charging right.

This place is the best! I will always take my computer here. They know what they’re doing, are friendly, and they don’t break the bank. Honest, personable, and very good at what they do. I love giving them my business.

Drop off, repair and pickup were all efficient and seamless. Phone screen was fixed in about 90 minutes for a reasonable price. Good folks
