The first time I came to Staples to print it was great. I placed my order after 2pm in person and received frequent updates on my order as well as a price match. The second time I came to Staples to place an order 02-10-23 at 3:14pm I was told orders have to be placed online after two pm and referred to as "retarded" by the young women working behind the printing section. I understand a lack of consistency due to changing policies but slurs are unnecessary.

Best staples location in the area! Especially Charles, really insightful and helpful and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this Staples location to anyone!

Best Staples I've ever seen! Kind and helpful employees, overall great customer service. Shout-out to the young lady at the front register who is always helpful and respectful every time I visit the store for my office needs. Solid 10/10.

My mother ordered some Christmas cards online from their print shop at Staples to be picked up at this store. She went and picked her order up last week but as she sat down and started addressing envelopes yesterday she noticed they gave her the right amount of envelopes but only half the amount of cards that were ordered. She called them this morning and spoke to Justin who recognized the error. Since my mother has an electric wheelchair and bad weather is in their area she asked if they could mail the new cards to her because she did not want to get out in the rain. Justin didn’t just provide good customer service…. Justin aimed for the stars and hopped in his car and drove them to her at her local Independent Living facility. That was incredible!!! Although they had a mistake with our order on the front end they know how to treat a customer! Thank you Staples and thank you Justin!!!

For all the people with a negative review because of TSA precheck, come apply then. The store has 6 employees total and no applicants. TSA precheck could not be done for you even if we wanted to. If you have a problem with the state of the store, come put on a red shirt then. Employees here are nothing but nice unless you start being disrespectful first.

This staples store is currently under new management and it is awesome. If you haven’t been to this store in a while you should give them another try. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable and the print shop has a new supervisor that is awesome and loves her job. She is very helpful with every project and always is friendly and has my order done in a timely fashion. Everyone should really give this store another try if you stopped from past experience. You won’t be disappointed.

Really like the store layout. Different than other Staples. Great supply of cleaning supplies for office and home. One doesn't realize there convenient location adjacent to Lowe's.

I came in to get a printer. I knew relatively what I wanted, but still could've used some guidance. The two cashiers were just talking. I walked in, looked at them, they both looked at me, didn't say a word. I walked around the printers for 15 minutes. I saw so many sold out which was understandable. Apparently the only 3 other employees in the store were at the copy center, 1 tech guy that couldn't pull himself away from an old guy, and another setting up a display. I know the last two saw me, because they looked right at me. I left because nobody bothered saying a word, and the lines were really long with people picking up orders. I also would need help getting a printer into my car that I really wanted.

Store was dirty. Employee at register wasn't very friendly when I asked her a question. Tsa precheck is closed so even if you make an appointment there's nothing they can do for you.

I was terribly disappointed! Paid for an order of business cards and poster for same day services. The order was picked up by my business associate a day later as this business is 3 hours out of Birmingham. There was an error on the order that had to be corrected. Associate was told that the order would be ready in ONE hour. She returned TWO hours later and still had to wait 20 minutes! When she delivered the business cards they did NOT have the premium paper weight and glossy finish that I ordered! Again, I was terribly disappointed with the services and I've been a loyal customer for quite some time!
