The best customer service! I ship packages for business several times a week and the Crestline UPS store is now my number one choice! Lee, Eli, Joseph, and Milan are always friendly and helpful!
These people know nothing of international shipping: yes, Binky, a single shipment can have multiple packages that's why the tracking page has the "Other packages in this shipment" tab. Had to call the *real* UPS district manager, who was actually knowledgeable and helpful. Avoid!
Fantastic customer service. Always super fast.
Arrived at 4 on line it says 5 is the closing time they shut their doors at 12 according to the note on the door.... very disappointing drove 12 miles for nothing.
