The UPS Store

I've been doing business with this place for years and will continue to do so. Brad and his crew are professional and courteous. BTW... during my visit today, I stood behind a real "grump" to put it politely. I'm not sure I would be able to keep my cool dealing with an individual like that. Per usual, the UPS gang handled with respect and kindness. Kudos... I would have told them to take a hike!

The younger cashiers/shippers gave me a wonderful experience. They were helpful and friendly. They made sure to inform me of which shipping option would make sure my package arrived safely and on time. Even the few times i have been serviced by the two older gentlemen, I was reminded of why i love Brad and his hires so much! UPS will forever have my business

Stay away from this place if you need to mail something important! Very disappointing services. I needed to send very important documents overseas and I didn't want to use the US post office. I wanted something more reliable. So I decided to go to the UPS store expecting to ship via UPS. I explained to the attendant the importance of the document, reviewed addresses in detailed and paid for premium deliver services $115 and left the package there for them to ship. The next day when I went to the UPS site to track my package, the tracking number was invalid. I went and read the fine print on the receipt and learned that they shipped it via USPS?? really? so why is this called a UPS store if they are going to just turn around and send it via USPS? The story doesn't end there. The package was lost! and USPS sends me a form to claim back what I paid, which according to USPS was $35? so what happened to the rest of the money I paid? did this UPS store just made a $80 profit on a shipment they paid $35 to USPS to ship?

The man working the desk was very unprofessional and rude. Had a bad attitude before I even spoke to him. The man that appeared to be in charge was professional but did not correct the employee who was rude. I’m sure there is a better UPS store around, so I would avoid this one.

I have never had any but the best of experiences at this location. As a fine artist I trust the staff to ship my large artwork to locations all over the United States and Canada as well as smaller items. In fact, I am surprised at the previous reviews. I have never seen anyone act unhappy here or a customer treated with disrespect. I think we live in a society of quick to complain which makes me sad. But having said that, I will be headed there today to ship my premixed Easter pound cakes that the owner was kind to sell me the boxes in advance so I could pack the cake myself.

The package I dropped off did not make it to the corporate office and I did not save the tracking sheet. I have been dropping off a monthly package to the corp office for five years now at various locations throughout the southeast and have never had one go missing, until now. I went back to this store to see if they could help. One lady was trying to help, but the manager stopped her. Real nice guy, thanks for nothing and losing my package.

Lee Branch UPS lost two packages I shipped this week. The packages Never left this location. Manager blamed it on UPS but my guess is his folks lost the package by sending it to the wrong carrier. I WOULD NOT USE THIS UPS LOCATION. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE LOST PACKAGES I HAVE SHIPPED. Update .....Owner will not give us credit for a overnight charge. I have contacted UPS and Credit card Company! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION

Dropped off a package to overnight Thursday may 24th at 1:56pm and was assured it would be received Friday. Package never showed up. When I called store they tried to tell me I dropped it off after 5:00 when my receipt clearly shows I paid for it at 1:56!! Just admit you screwed up and don't argue with me!!!

The old guy in there lacks basic skills to provide customer service. Asked for a tracking. Umber anc you would have thought I asked him to turn over his retirement fund. Rude. Snapped at me every time I asked a question. Been going here for years. Done! Will go to another one
