The UPS Store

Mark and his team are extremely helpful and friendly. They make it easy to renew and access services. My packages always ship and arrive as scheduled. A P.O. Box is a convenient, safe, and secure way of not using my personal address.

This is the absolute worst UPS I have ever visited. The store was in complete disarray. There was a massively oversized, partially opened, heavy package laying on the floor directly in front of the customer service window/scale. When I asked the customer service representative how I should go about getting my package on the scale, she just stared at me. I maneuvered around the box and other packages in the way and finally got the package on the scale. Honestly, after looking around at the mess on the customer service floor and behind the counter, I had no desire to send my package through this store. I had a deep sense that it would probably get lost in the mix. That, coupled with the poor personality and customer service skills of the representative was enough to leave and not look back. I was so glad when they told me it would be better to send my package via USPS. I will keep my business @UPS in Trussville where the store is clean, the service is quick and efficient and the customer service is SUPERIOR!

The UPS driver looked me dead in my face and told me my package was not on his truck then proceeded to put in the system that he “attempted” to deliver the package. I work from home and UPS did nothing about it, but give me the run around ALL DAY! i could have picked up the package myself at the location but instead they lied again and said they were bringing it back. NEVER SHOWED UP!!

I use several locations of the UPS Store to send packages, but this one is my favorite. The manager here really wants to help his customers and he honors his word. He misquoted me a price on printing an binding some booklets, but he is going to honor what he told me. I respect that in a business owner or manager. The samples he did look great too.

Trent was very helpful. My dog ate my box and he taped it up so well. This is my local store, I always go here they are all so nice. Update:: what time does this store open? It’s 9:30 am and still no movement.

Always polite and friendly. Google has them opening at 8am, but they actually open at 9am. I have done an edit on the hours. I hope it works. :

Picking up my print job was so easy! I emailed them and it was ready within the hour. No hassle and plenty of parking too.

When I went in to get my mail today, I asked if they had a magnet on a stick I could use to retrieve my sunglasses that had fallen into a tight spot in a my car. A clerk found a grabber claw and came to my car and retrieved my sunglasses. Great work! Great crew!

Fantastic printing! Great staff, very knowledgeable and helpful, with good communication and wonderful customer service. My high quality prints were completed quickly and with no issues. I highly recommend this store for any of your print needs! Especially wide format things: banners, canvas, etc.

I always receive the best services at this location. I highly recommend if you want fast and accommodating services! Customer service is top tier , especially Kevin. He is the best!
