The gentleman who helped me, and ran the diagnostics on my phone, made me feel immediately at ease and comfortable with him disassembling my Note 10 Plus there on the spot. Within just a few moments he had the problem diagnosed and gave me the bad news that it is not fixable. He didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary, or otherwise make the situation pivot into some type of upsell. I'm going to tell everybody I know about this place. Competent. Professional. Easy-going vibe.

Took my wife’s iPhone in to have the screen replaced and the staff made it such a smooth and effortless transaction. On top of that, they were done in about 30 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Had a charging port issue on a Samsung Galaxy, took it to them, they fixed it for free. Took less than 3 minutes, they knew exactly what the problem was, they were cordial and prompt and professional, fixed it and cleaned it up, works good as new. Highly recommend.
