Forced to use this because of the complex i live at. THE WORST! IF U LOVE SPORTS, DO NOT USE THEM! I get espn and thats it!!!! they over charge for the service they provide!!!! i pay over $100 for basic cable!!!!! no football, no basketball!!!!!
I wish I could give them zero stars but that’s not an option this service is trash if it weren’t for the apartment complex that I lived in I would never have this service. I missed one payment and they turn my service off it wasn’t even 30 days past due and we’re in the middle of a pandemic they don’t care about anybody but themselves.
This isnthe worst and I resent the fact i am forced to use this service because of the complex I live.. If you dont have Dish do yourself a favor and move on to another company. this one is the worst
I would recommend dont move to an area with this company. Internet is down when u call someone cut a line somewhere. They will never say they suck and have cheap 3rd world equipment. I'll give credit, you have to work hard for a 1.5 on Google.
This company will be the reason why I’m moving when my lease is complete. The service is complete trash, customer service sucks, and the billing system is flawed. I would not recommend moving to a complex that has to use this company for internet.
Worst service cut my internet off 8 days before my bill was due over $26. Then hung up on me when I fought the TSR in a lie.
Terrible customer service, terrible call hours just a terrible company when it comes to a customers needs. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Please stay away and save yourself some time and patience.
Reported outages were always promptly fixed unless it was widespread due to weather. I've always received prompt, courteous replies to phone calls. When COVID-19 hit, I was cheerfully allowed to put my service on hold, and was quickly reconnected when the travel restrictions were lifted.
I never use the word hate but this company I HATE.
