GREAT EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Can’t remember if his name was Brian or Ryan. He was so busy trying to make sure I was being taken care of, as well as everyone else during a busy day, that I forgot to get his business card! Brian/Ryan Middle aged guy with dark hair, and a beard with a little gray in it like me I just want to give a big shout out to him! It was a busy Sunday, and he was a HUGE help! Even while helping me, he was trying to make sure another clients were getting checked in as well. Working hard making sure everyone was being taken care of. I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience at the Verizon store I visited by the corner of Holland road and Rosemont last year in Virginia Beach, because it was only a few blocks away from my home. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Brian Ryan? made me forget all about that, and I could tell he truly wanted to make sure he helped me out the best he could. Most people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences, but I want to make sure Brian and this store is recognized for the great experience and customer service! I was in an out with a great deal on brand new phone converted from android to iPhone and all the accessories, in almost under an hour! Thank you Brian, and your Verizon team! Best wishes to you and your staff! I will continue to drive out of my way to make sure I do future business with you and this store ONLY!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!
HONESTLY THE WORST! This was the worst experience ever in my life. I’m currently with. T-Mobile and stoped by Verizon with my husband yesterday to see the deals they had about free phones. Tim helped us and we told him we wanted free phones. He told me he would do a soft credit check on me to see if I was qualified to receive the both phones. So I was qualified and he said I would only pay $140.00 monthly and I could take both phones FREE with me. So it sure was TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! Yup so when we finished, I payed $78.00 for phone taxes and what not. Later, I asked for my receipt and Tim said he couldn’t give us our receipts or account papers or nothing since the printer didn’t work. So it was already kind of fishy- I got home and tried to port the old numbers so I took out the phones from the boxes and turnt them on cause I needed to find out what number was from what phone. The port lady answered and before porting the numbers I asked if she could send me the receipts so she did. This is where everything began, Tim had sold me 2 phones on financing them monthly, apart from monthly bill being higher then what he told me. Monthly bill was going to be $210. I never asked to finance the phones and that’s way much money then what I pay currently at T-Mobile with BOTH phones payed already. So my husband and I went to the store again to try to get everything explained and if not return everything. Manager Ray was there and he did NOTHING TO try to help us the way we were expecting. I told him Tim misinformed us and he stated he knew Tim and he was sure he didn’t do what I was saying he did. Honestly I wouldn’t be lying and I told Ray I wouldn’t lie to you about it. Apart from that they did not refund me the $78.00 I payed instead ended up paying a total of $106 because I opened the box of the phones. I asked if they could wave it because I was just trying to port my number over. The phones are brand new he said no he couldn’t do that. Honestly very disappointed at their customer service. Lied to me, misinformed me, stole from me and didn’t do anything to help the situation.
I went in the Store because I was having problems with an App and also the phone overall is very slow in responding. The Employee I wasn't able to catch her name but she is Real Butchy In appearance....at first I thought it was a Guy until she spoke. She was no more interested in helping me then she was working there. Her response to each issue was its an App issue I can't help you....even the Slowness in the response of the phone she said she couldn't do anything for me. She should have stayed home today because she is a waste of time. I will call Corporate on Monday to find out if this is how they help customers.
The FIRST time ever having the worst customer service experience. On this visit, the majority of the staff was sparky and dismissive. With team members encouraging it because somehow it was "funny." The greeter was great!
The store itself seems to be run decently. The store manager did everything in his limited power to help me. Unfortunately, the only thing in his power was to connect me with a broken English speaking service rep via speaker phone. Came in to dispute a $500 charge for a military emergency collect call from overseas. The service rep didn’t know what a collect call is and basically told me to kick rocks. I will end up canceling my service and switching providers after being a customer for over a decade.
Went to return my apple watch series 8. Angelina kept pressuring me to keep the watch after I told her I didn’t want to keep it. Her co worker Isaac said I was “cappin” and he “doesn’t speak to customers more than 15 minutes” just because I wanted to return my series 8. My reasoning for returning the watch was I was advertised a certain price and when I went through with the purchase it was a completely different price. I don’t see what the big confusion was about that. I asked her if they were trained by Verizon to say a customer is “cappin” and she replied “yes”. I DONT appreciate my time being wasted and me being made fun of just for returning a device.
Angelina and Team Are Top Tier. She would be my forever advisor! Authorized Retailer gave wrong in informaton causing a lot of headaches. Angelina and her manager saved the day. Angelina went above and beyond to gaurantee a customer for life. From her patience, kindness, professionalism, and keeping me calm- she would be the Verizon rep/advisor/consultant that you wish you can talk to every time and every day you need assistance. Verizon, you got a keeper. Thank you for all you do! Stay amazing
I will first state that the employees in this store were very respectful and kind. They all were smiling and appeared to be enjoying their jobs. I was greeted and told the employee I needed a new phone and also wanted to transfer my old phone to another family member on our account that lost her phone. I was put in the queue with 4 people ahead of me. I waited for an hour before someone came to tell me that it wouldn’t be too much longer. She told me I could purchase a phone, but I needed an appointment to set it up. I was told that it was very busy and that this was a retail store. I wanted to have both phones activated and ready to go like I have done for the 20+ years I have been with Verizon. I know I can do it myself, but I like to know while there that everything is working as it should. I am fine with the new policy. Had I been told that initially, I never would have waited 1.5 hours just to purchase a phone. I left and went to a retail store where I bought an Iphone 13 and was given the prompt help and support that I needed.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE to a potentially new customer. I checked in and stood there for an hour and a half as I watched not only the attendants take care of everyone who came in before and after myself but not attend to me at all except say "someone will be with you in just a moment" but also admit to a customer their price margins and lack of service is the reason they're losing customers. Well yall just lost me as a customer.
The gentleman who helped me was so extremely pleasant. This was one of the best visits I've had at a Verizon store. I have been to several in several different states over the years. I wish I could recall his name. I know he likes sneakers
