Kali is by far the best employee/store manager I have had the pleasure of coming in contact with! She was extremely helpful and made sure I got the best deal possible. Switching over phones, setting up new lines was a pleasure! 10/10 I would recommend going to this Verizon store.

This store is by far has some of the most professional staff I have had the pleasure of dealong with. I went in with just a few questions but ended up spending some time in there going over my plan, devices and never felt overly pressured.

Me and my wife changed carriers from T mobile and Kali made the process a great experience. She was very patient with us and although we didn’t plan on getting new phones, she presented us with a great deal. She also made sure we had all our apps and pictures transferred over.
