This was my first time here. I am vegan so I was excited to see that they had the tofu option for me. The food was hot and well seasoned. I am definitely recommending teriyaki madness to my friends and family!
Thoroughly enjoyed the service and food. My son calls this upscale fast food and I will agree. . Deserving of another visit.
Stopped in today after my daughters softball game at the Princess Anne complex. We saw your restaurant that morning when we drove in and said hey that sounds good for lunch. We also say a sign kids eat free on Sundays. Even better. So after a long day at the field our 2 little ones were knocked out. I went inside to order and inquired about the kids eat free. And was instantly meet with resistance about the promotion. The cashier said I had to eat in to get the promotion. I tried to explain to her that my kids were sleep and we just wanted to get something quick and go home. I even offered to go take pictures of them. She asked her manager and the reply I received was customers don’t have integrity and can’t take it to go. Her exact words. So I left. Also your only advertisement for the kids eat free on Sunday faces a busy road with no walking access. If you have fine print on it it’s impossible to see safely as you drive by. If your policy is to have this as eat in only please just display that larger. And if a customer asks to speak to a manager a manager should come up and not just pass messages between a customer and a subordinate. I know this probably won’t change anything but I just wanted to share my experience.
Very flavorful food. Only downside is that it's a bid pricey for how much meat you get.
We used to love coming to you all, but for the past several months the food has not seemed up to par. I usually order a regular chicken bowl with white rice and ask for extra chicken. Either I’m not receiving the amount of chicken I’ve paid forsuch as I did in the past or the rice has not been cooked properly. It’s either hard, crunchy, or has mushy/ pasty/starchy taste and texture... But this most recent time on 8/26/22 order placed between 5:20-5:40pm My husband complained of bad stomach pains after eating his meal. He ordered a spicy bowl with fried rice and extra chicken, which unfortunately was extremely greasy. Also, a few strips of my regular chicken bowl was undercooked. I know when dark meat is cooked/smoked it at time turns pink, but this was raw. I’m unsure if it’s a specific staff members that works evenings/weekends is being careless or honestly doesn’t know proper food handling, but we will not be returning.
loved past tense coming here ....but lately the quality has gone way down hill today I received "food" where the chicken was undercooked and looking like this edit what a joke response never address that nasty chicken in the picture
The service was pleasant. The place was clean. They cook the food as you order it so you do have to wait a few minutes to get it . But when they brought it out , it was piping hot. I got the orange chicken and it was a little different than what I'm accustomed to , but it was good. The bowl was proportioned well. I really liked the veggies in it and the noodles.
We visited Teriyaki Madness for the first time today and were more than satisfied with our picks, teriyaki chicken and spicy chicken bowls. While we were visiting, they were tackling a malfunctioning POS system. We would have totally understood if they were frustrated or at least frazzled by the hiccup but they kept their composure and friendly demeanor throughout. We will definitely be visiting again to enjoy both their food and service.
I love it! It is a nice change up for me with the tofu options and they cook to order. I don't like my tofu soft and mushy and they cook it to crisp perfection for me!Food: 5/5
This was a delivery order through their app. I used to get one of these a lot when I was working in the office and they deliver to me so I splurged and got it. This was the mad spicy bowl large but I’ve had their steak and chicken teriyaki bowls before. I ferment/make my own scotch bonnet and habanero hot sauces and can do heat on almost all levels and this really held to its name of mad spicy. This was something that some people might not be able to handle but you can use some lime juice to cut the spice if you have some or even better yuzu juice maybe. Just be warned it really is spicy. Their chicken and steak teriyaki bowls were also fantastic and I’m really happy with the results. It’s a 30 minute drive to me so I bump the tip way up and have never had a problem with delivery from here the last 3 times.
