When you receive help, it's wonderful. When you don't, they are rude or there is never someone to talk to. Very random experiences. All these reviews are very believable and legit from what I have personally experienced and seen from family and friends. It's like playing the lottery, you never know what will happen. However, keep in mind that certain cases are not covered, and sometimes their workload is more than they can handle. I suggest to give them a try, but have alternative ways to seek assistance as a backup plan.

People are helpful but if you need a lawyer i would advise simmering else. They turned me down for help and i only money i get us ssi disability every month so stuck after mom passed away on her stuff

I haven't called to talk to anyone yet,however I've heard they are slow, we will see!😊

I can't believe how discrimitory the services are delegated and how poorly they are handled by the representatives primarily, because they are bias and choose not to help fathers attain more modification in child custody when the other parent is a failure and is fraudelant in my child's benefits. How sad these people are saying they cannot help because they have a conflict of interest. How stupid. Well I'm going to get help regardless, I'm also a veteran and there is help for Veterans but I too should be able to get assistance from here. All these questions maybe if I was a non believing Christian and ex con. They would help more... Ridiculous.
