I would like to say thank you to Todd Kelly and his team for everything they have done to help my family. The office is amazing, everyone is very courteous, helpful, patient and kind. We felt comfortable talking and knowing that someone was actually listening. They truly have been a blessing to my family in more ways than I could ever express in words. If that's the kind of law firm your looking for, then Carlson Law Firm is the place to go. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest attorney who will work hard in order to make sure justice is served.

Legal Assistant, Valerie Salvador, did a horrible job keeping us updated on our case. Every time we would contact her it was the same answer, "we are sending a demand letter". This demand letter was never sent but instead we found out, after bringing up the fact that we felt we were not getting the proper service, that the lawyers decided to not pick up the case. We feel completely lost now due to the horrible service given to us by Valerie Salvador and now we are stuck looking for a new lawyer months after the incident happened. The situation was already stressful, Valerie and the Carlson Law Firm made it even more stressful. All we wanted was justice and instead the only thing we received from The Carlson Law Firm is bad service and more stress. Valerie really should work on her customer service and understand that the people she is working with are dealing with real stressful situations, show some empathy sometimes!
