Story

Chef Air immigrated to America from Laos and with that brought her amazing cooking skills to the States. She immediately retained a job working at a Thai restaurant, cooking as their Head Chef. After years of working nearly 14 hour days, 7 days a week for someone else, her children and husband finally convinced her that she had the ability to cook in her own kitchen for her own customers. Enter Thai Champa, a food truck owned by both Air and her husband, Sone. This big blue truck has been home to Air's dreams. Air loves cooking for her customer's and you can certainly taste that in all of her dishes. Fresh ingredients comprise the meals, which all come in hefty helpings.
