Silver Stevens and two other casinos are walking distance to my home and I have frequented all three casinos since I moved out here October, 2021. Silver Stevens took great care of me for the first two years I went in there as I had achieved GM status and kept it the whole time. But then something weird happened when I charged breakfast to my room. It was only $65 dollars and I had.provided the hotel with $150.00 deposit. I can see it would be a problem if I charged $165.00 breakfast but I didn't. I actually had to go to the hospital in a Saturday and when I came back to my room at about midnight, I had been locked out of my room. When I went to the front desk, things got weirder as I was accused of having conversations that I did not have. I paid the $65.00 so I could get back in my room that night and the following morning I got the boot right at checkout time. I believe I was kicked out because I called my host and yelled a few obscenities at him for playing stupid games. I have spent a pretty good amount of money at this casino, but they like to play stupid gamea sometimes and it is definitely annoying. There is some wild story about me that never happened that they want me to address before they will let me back in to lose more money at their casino. . Nearby activities: The Linq got the Ferris Wheel Walkability: If you walk up Flamingo, cross Paradise then Koval, you'll end up at the strip and you'll hit The Horseshoe .
Ah, the pinnacle of comfort! The Atomic Museum was the only nearby attraction that stood out—because who doesn't love a good dose of history? But the real excitement was back at the hotel. I was greeted each morning by a delightful collection of bed bug bites, a charming reminder of the cozy night's sleep. The bed sheets in the room were artistically stained, adding a unique touch to the ambiance. And let's not forget the live entertainment! A woman in the hallway put on quite the show, shouting and screaming for a solid 30 minutes. The encore? She was arrested an hour later for having a crack pipe in her room. Talk about class and sophistication—this place has it all!
Everything was actually what we expected given the rate, however a couple things during our stay were not good at all. First the elevator did not work up to the 5th floor, for the 1st couple days, then by the second to last day it quit working all together. Not fun carrying golf bags up and down 5 flights.... Then the lock on doors between the casino and the hotel broke so we could not get through with our key cards until a staff member had to override the lock. When we went to notify the front desk of this issue, before we could even tell the gentleman what the issue was he rudely spouted out "the elevators are broken", yeah we know dude, now the other doors are broken too. While acting very annoyed he gave 2 new key cards which of course still did not work as the problem was with the lock on the doors not the key cards... The casino stinks like homeless people and smoke..... Not that big of a surprise given it's Vegas and we were off the strip. BUT the hallways to the rooms smelled like some Lysol/weed/cleaner abomination!! Gross!! And the loudest a/c unit in Vegas! Don't plan on sleeping without ear plugs. Location is good, the room was not terrible but overall we will not be staying at or recommending STINKEY SEVENS EVER AGAIN!
My husband and I needed an affordable option near the strip while in town for business for several weeks. No, it’s not a five star hotel, but for the price, it’s a good value for your dollar. Our room was clean and the staff has been professional and friendly. We don’t gamble, so I can’t comment on that. I feel very safe here, and would definitely stay here again. It’s an older hotel, but well maintained in my opinion. The beds are very comfortable. If you are looking for luxury, this isn’t your hotel. There are plenty of options at twice the price, if that’s what you are looking for. My only complaint is that the luggage carts are very challenging to fit into the small elevators. A first world problem for sure. Rooms: Comfortable and quiet.
I called last night at 11 pm and got a quote for three nights and was surprised to hear that they were very reasonable, under $300 for 3 nights. I chose to wait until today when a new card came in the mail to put this trip on. When I called today at 3 pm the price quoted was almost $900. I spent extra money on another show ticket thinking I was going to save money on the hotel then I called to find out that they weren’t going to offer the rate they quoted me. The reviews are sketchy anyhow. Glad I didn’t have to have a bad experience to leave a review. They turned me off before I even booked.
I RECOMMEND THIS SPOT! It's not a classy place like ceasers! But the rooms were much less and.... we won quite often!... So often we stayed 3 weeks due to all the swag, comped rooms and winnings it was hard to leave and we were only gonna stay a night! They have a decent pool area as well. I recommend silver sevens Rooms: 4/5
I paid about $191 for one night, including resort fee and taxes. It was on a Monday after edc. Most rooms around town were sold out or starting prices was $400 and up. The resort fee matching those on the strip, 39.00 with taxes. The incidental charge was comparable with high end hotels on the strip, $150.00 a night. They no longer accept cash for incidentals, there are signs when checking in. You get a coupon book, free beer, free cocktail with breakfast, chances to upgrade as well. The rooms are outdated and run down. The bed was comfy and my AC worked, so I was okay. The hotel does have that moldy smell. I was given a patio room, it was okay. I was just glad I was on the first floor. My sink stopper was stuck closed so I had to stick the conditioner to hold it open. Walls were dirty, tables weren’t wiped down that good good thing i carry my own cleaning products, the curtains had stains. My sheets had a few stains, I just used my own blanket and pillow. I got a clean flat sheet from housekeeping when I checked in. The walls are supper thin, you can everything and everyone can hear you. The fake grass area on the patio had animals feces all over it. There is an airport shuttle that starts at 5:00a. Check-in starts at 4p and check out is 11a. There are plenty of places to eat around the area if you want to venture out. it’s about 1/2 mile from the strip. The casino is small and smoking is allowed.
Went to this casino to play some good slots. There is plenty to choose from. The chairs need some updating worn out and beat up The employees are very nice and helpful. The restrooms male and female were horrible the downstairs ones flooded urinals and toilet paper everywhere on the floor and hanging from the toilets. The casino itself was semi clean could have had more detail in cleaning. Overall a pretty nice little off the strip casino to have some fun.
Wow! This hotel was… certainly an experience! I’ve never needed really a good hotel room. Bed, shower, toilet, the bare essentials is all I need— a little broken ac, scratchy sheets, that doesn’t bother me! Somehow, this hotel goes below the bare minimum! The pictures really don’t do it justice. This place is miserable. First things first; it reeks of smoke. I was on the first floor, in the corner of the hotel, AKA the farthest you can get from the casino on that floor. It was so obvious that people didn’t care at all about the ‘smoke-only-in-the-casino’ rule because the smell was RAMPANT. Secondly, the room was obviously never cleaned. Not even a basic vacuuming- the floor was covered in crumbs, and there were large crackers and candy underneath my mattress. I consider myself lucky I didn’t find any bugs. Tiny stains, water damage, the corners of the room collecting hair and other nasty items; visually, it was really disgusting. Fun!!!
Inexpensive room really close to the airport with shuttle service! They hide the resort fee it seems every casino has one in the deposit. I had some questions before checking out because the TV checkout did not work however the front desk staff were both on break from 4am to 5am and the shuttle left at 5am. The rooms were ok but had loud wall mounted a/c. The casino was mid or less because of the lack of table games. The shuttle driver was great!
