The Bar Method is a fun, safe, full body one-hour workout that changes the shape of your body by burning fat and carving muscle.
The Bar Method creates lean, firm and sculpted bodies by reshaping and elongating muscles. The hour-long class begins with free weights and push-ups, moves to the ballet bar to challenge the leg and seat muscles, and finishes with abdominal work and stretching. The intense pace increases fat burning and stamina.
