My sister and I had a great experience with Louis Tumolo and the Beasley firm. This was a very long process but Louis stayed on top of things and was always available for questions and very forthcoming with news on the latest updates of our case. He was compassionate and thoughtful in how he spoke to and worked with my sister and I. His guidance secured a settlement for the loss of our mother, and knowing we were able to get some kind of acknowledgement for the mishandling of our mother's care, who had many more years to live, provided some closure for us both. I suffered injury at the hands of a negligent physician. I am still in the process of speaking with attorneys to see if my situation will support a medical malpractice claim. The Beasley Firm took on my sons case after a well know Philadelphia Law Firm told me there was nothing they could do for me. I met Jim Beasley roughly five years back then I met Lou Tumolo roughly three years ago.
