Great customer service! First time visiting and was able to get everything I needed.
Gabriel McCormick was a god sent!! He found everything I needed and then some. The only thing that was kinda bizarre was the older lady at the desk. I was under the impression that I prepaid for my parts because I put my card on file. Once I got there I asked to speak to Gabriel and she kinda gave me the side eye multiple times. Then she asked for my credit card again for the parts and then stated normally we don’t charge the card. In my experience you always pay for the parts if you are ordering specialty parts up front. Her attitude was condescending and kinda treated me like I didn’t belong there. She ask for my card again and finally I said please charge the card you have on file and I would like my parts please! Gabriel finally came out and it was all better after that. I don’t want to say it was racial, but she was very polite to everyone else. It’s unfortunate because that is one of the only places I can get parts for my car and I would rather not! Classic cars are riddled with some kind of expense and I do expect some kinda grace when I spending my hard earned money. Needless to say as far as Gabriel, McCormick’s customer service and behavior, it was 100% exemplary. Thank you Gabriel!
My experience at Benz Store was great! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Ken made sure to call me with updates along the way and the tech there is beyond amazing. They did a valve adjustment on my '77 Mercedes 300D non-turbo and it's been riding better than a turbo since the adjustment. The tech went above and beyond to repair a hood latch for me and was super kind along the way. I will for sure visit the shop again for some minor jobs I'd like to get done in the near future and I highly recommend.
I have been dealing with The Benz Store for 22 years. I started out just buying body shop parts then over the years it went to service. Ken came highly recommended by someone who was dealing with him in the early days. Great choice.
Most helpful, had the part that I needed at a very fair price . Amazing customer service! Not only downloaded and printed for me information I needed to change the part out with, but also loaned me a flashlight as it was getting dark. I had to call the next day with an additional challenge. Ken patiently talked me through it over the phone There isn't any reason why anyone should not patronize this locally owned established, and knowledgeable business. I know I will not even consider going anywhere else.
Staff is very dishonest, untrustworthy, and does not mind misleading the costumer if it means making them more money. I brought my Mercedes in after buying a brand new battery from them a few months back because It still wasn’t working. They took a look at the battery and told me I needed to buy a new starter from them, so I did. At this time my battery was actually in backwards and they didn’t tell me. Not long after I had to come back due to issues with my Brand new battery again. Now they are telling me that I have to buy another battery from them full price, because the battery has been in backwards this whole time which drained it faster. They could’ve told me this the first time I had them look at the battery, but chose not to so they could make another sale, knowing that I would come back soon with a dead battery. They are taking no responsibility for this whatsoever. I would not recommend this place.
Service and work is good but they need to improve on their customer service----Very hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone to set up service and then follow-up after you have had service
I'm not typically one for reviews but I just don't want anyone else to go through what I did. The customer service was by far the worst I've ever experienced anywhere. The man at the counter made me feel like crap. He wasn't making eye contact with me at all as I was asking questions and seemed as though he hated his job. I felt as though I wasn't being listened to. They came off as very rude and did not seem very concerned about me, the customer, at all.
I Love the Benz Store. They offer many OEM parts and services at a very reasonable price.
