The Bookstore at the University of Montana

Great selection for supplies and a ton of school swag (clothes, bags, etc) in a variety of styles. I didn't go to school here, but I was still impressed!

The place has gone downhill over the years. Used to be a great place to buy gifts. Now it is pretty much all grizzly apparel. The rap playing over the speaker the last half a dozen times I've gone in melts my brain

I wish I could put 0 stars. I am a distance student at UM and for two semesters I tried to order my books directly from the bookstore. Both shipments took over a week just to process and both times they were mysteriously not shipped (even though I selected and paid for rush shipping in the first case) and resulted in me not having my books until 2 weeks after classes had started. I will not be ordering from them again and I would suggest if you would like your textbooks in any amount of reasonable time you steer clear of this bookstore.

Buy back instructions were not clear. I called ahead to ask if mine was available for the buy back and that it was in a binder to keep together. The woman on the other line said "sure bring it in". When I arrived, the lady immedatly said "no loose leaf". PLEASE FIX THIS! IT IS FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING FOR CUSTOMERS. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
