The Capital Grille

This place was phenomenal. Went for dinner for the first time and I was highly impressed. The service was top notch, the kind of service you’d expect from such an establishment. My girlfriend and I both got fillet mignon, and it was some of the best steak we’ve ever had. No a bit of fat, and cooked exactly the way we wanted (I always have a problem at regular steakhouses with cooking it to the desired temperature, not a problem at all here) This is what sets higher end steakhouses apart from your run of the mill Texas Roadhouse ETC. While you will pay double the price, the experience is well worth it.

Our friend's Birthday Celebration was held at The Capital Grille in a private room 🎉🎂🎉 The food and presentation were excellent!! The ambience was very romantic!! Our server was excellent as well!! We had a Great dining experience!!

Seated us 20 minutes late for a reservation. Then the comedy of errors started. Took 20 minutes to take our orders. Messed up 3 out of six dishes, then took 20 minutes to bring out one of the replacements. Which of course was for a hungry small child, so that made sure the evening went wonderfully. At least the birthday effort was decent among the back drop of constant dish dropping noises coming out of the kitchen. It was almost entertaining. All in all 1 out of 5.

What made this place two stars were the people cheering “E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!” The night before the Super Bowl. The salmon and chicken were dry, service was polite but kept us waiting and the drinks were pretty strong. (Always good) The prices are too high for the quality of food that is served. One would expect expertly crafted meals with new tastes bursting with creativity but they fall short. Bottom Line: I wouldn’t return except maybe for happy hour-unknown if they even offer it

Great time, for wife mothers day. Waitress was very helpful, and nice. Food was great too.
