My leasing experience began with Michael B. Who is absolutely amazing! He is great with time management, prompt, professional, and yet very personable. Although I was originally just looking to have a few locations in mind for a move next year, it was his great customer service on top of the unit I was able to view and fell in love with, that made me sign with PMC. It’s been a short period here however, I have yet to regret my decision. I’ve encountered minor things in the unit however maintenance and management have completed them in a timely fashion. I’ve met a few neighbors and they are all friendly. So far so good. I am grateful!
I have been living here since 2018 and it has been incident after incident of poor customer service from the property managers. This time however, their mistake cost me at least $350, which i deserve to be reimbursed for. Since I moved in I had been assigned and paying for a parking spot in the lot next door. When someone began parking in my last week I tried my best to reach someone in the management office to clarify the issue. I was unable to reach someone. Then in the middle of the week I unexpectedly received an email that my vehicle was unauthorized to park in the spot it's in. Once again I call the number in the email and go down the office twice to speak to someone. Once again, I cannot find anyone to talk to. When I finally hear back from the assistant property manager, Shyasia, she tells me that my parking spot has been reassigned A mistakes she admits to making. She then tells me I can longer park there and if I don't sign a new parking addendum my car will be towed. She changed my spot and then allowed my car to towed the next morning without speaking to me. When I confronted her she was extremely dismissive and raised her voice at me. The years I have been living here and paying rent that has gradually increased means nothing when it came to common courtesy and respect. I am saddened that years of loyalty meant nothing and offended at the callous way I was treated. I don't pay to live here to be treated so poorly. Where is the customer service and respect for residents.
Simply love leasing space at The Cecil! So I’ve been here for a few months and this place just feels like home! I originally found it for a client who decided to live out of state and not take an opportunity here in Baltimore. I called the company to see if the unit was available and it was! I asked if I could apply, I did just that and was approved! I absolutely love the amenities here and the people in the leasing office Michael B, Shyaisa H, and Edena are All Fabulous! I am so glad I followed my gut and took the leap of faith! Thank you guys!!!
Absolutely outstanding and the best apartment I have ever lived in, worth every penny. This apartment was super AWESOME, when I wasn't able to sign for packages I could call and ask the front desk to sign for me ad it was never an issue. When my washer broke I was able to use the one in empty units until mine was fixed so that I didn't have to have wet or moldy clothes. Super willing to work with me and always kind and Professional. I truly enjoyed the building happy hours ,games and giveaways something I have never had anywhere else. Mark and Robyn worked with me even when I had emergencies and had to stay after my move out date when they didn't have to. I love the area which is totally safe at all times of the night. The building is super quiet, clean and accommodating . I would definitely recommend this as a place to call home.
Terrible spot. I was given a parking spot but was never actually able to park there. They never removed the person from my designated parking spot and after multiple attempts to get in touch with the property manager, they just ignore you. If you want to pay extra for not being able to park in your designated spot/being towed for living there and also being ignored by management, go ahead and sign a lease here.
Great Historic Neighborhood in My. Vernon/Bolton Hill, Easy Access to The Metro, to Johns Hopkins Hospital. Great Washer and Dryers in unit and excellent hardworking maintenance staff. Love that fitness center and my reserved parking space!
This was my first apartment in Baltimore. My husband and I have a dog and this property is one that allows pets. They have a good gym area in the basement and are super close to all that Baltimore has to offer. Almost everything I need is within walking distance.
After reading Ashley Banini’s comments this is definitely a horrible place to live. Management needs to be replaced ASAP.
I just moved in and have appreciated the support during that process. I think this apartment is great value for money, and I especially like the laundry in unit and the nice community feel. Looking forward to living here!
I love living here! Such a cool building, I can't believe how effortless my move in was! The property manage is so helpful, and I feel at home here. So happy I found this place!
