I lived here for one beautiful year and the only downside was that my apartment faced the train tracks so as a person who works remotely- the noise was overwhelming. If it wasn’t for the train noise, I would probably have stayed longer. Honestly those apartments near the tracks are way overpriced- I would highly recommend NOT picking one of those. It’s louder than you think. I especially loved the benefit of a concierge and having someone to collect my food deliveries and packages. La’Cara is such a kind and warm presence and she always greeted me by name! Small touches that really went far. I would definitely stay at a bozzuto property again, this was a great spot for my first year in Baltimore.
I just finished moving out of my apt room over the weekend and it was bittersweet for me. I can't say enough good things about being able to live here. 1 The location was PERFECT, all I had to do was just walk up the sidewalk to MICA, the light rail was right next to the building, Penn Station was only a block away, I could walk to a lot of places since I didn't have a car. I felt safe living here and even though there could be a lot of noise from the trains, cars and sirens, it all became white noise to me. There were even 2 eating places attached to the building. The Brass Tap was so good!! Highly recommend and Noona's unfortunately didn't get the chance to try it out 2 The staff is super friendly and were always able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. Whenever I would walk through the front lobby, whoever was the receptionist was, they always greeted me with a hello or ask me how my day is going. After long days at school, it was nice to be greeted like so. The amenities at the Fitz were amazing. If I couldn't focus in my room, I was able to go downstairs and work at one of the tables or use the conference room. My one suggestion is I wish there were a few more outlets in the common area especially around the high tables. Even though my time was cute short due to covid, the pool area and the small yard with the firepit were great places just to relax. The gym was great because all I had to do was go downstairs to use it instead of walking to MICA to use their gym. 3 The views from my room were AMAZING especially since I was on the 7th floor. I am for sure going to miss them 4 Being able to live here helped me to grow as an individual and I had support from the staff here which made things easier. Before living here, I was so nervous because I didn't think I would be able to manage living on my own especially in the city. But as I said earlier, the location was perfect and everything included really helped me to adjust and become comfortable. I would abosolutly recommend others to living at the Fitzgerald!
Trash, trash and more trash. Ever since WPM Real Estate Management took over managing the Fitz, it has been one headache after another. The biggest issue is the trash-- for some reason WPM Real Estate cannot keep the building clean. The pictures speak for themselves. I have brought this issue to WPM's attention several times and the trash situation has gotten worse. They actually asked me for suggestions on how to address their lack of sanitary conditions. Save yourself the aggravation and find another managment company to rent from.
Everyone here is amazing. The leasing staff, the reception staff, and the maintenance staff, they are all amazing professionals. I am comfortable going to any member of the staff, asking a question or expressing my concerns, and their responses are always appropriate, professional, kind, and truthful to their knowledge.
Stay away the management here has no idea how to run a property the new management team refuses to address issues poor customer service Horrible run away the reviews are from the previous management which he was better recently it’s going down hill don’t move here it’s a lot of problems noise issue people smoking substances package issues rude managers rude regional managers she said I don’t have anything to apologize for that’s how they treat residents it’s not clean either run away they ignore emails refuse to allow residents to file a complaint with corporate Stay away I say notice the recent reviews are not the best for a reason Most good reviews are from previous ownership and does not reflect recent changes Horrible no longer the same run as fast as you can the staff is rude when you care about residents it should show they won’t solve problems with noise and expect us who are paying high rent to address it ourselves Run as fast you can it’s no longer luxury terrible I’m only here because it’s a safe area Stay far away new management has destroyed everything Terrible stay away new management has destroyed a good apartment very rude leasing office staff the lady just looks it’s very inappropriate and refuses to speak I find this bullying due to complaint.I may file a complaint as I feel this is personal. Noise banging every hour This is illegal against Maryland quiet law and they refuse to address it and never sent anything to residents about their noise level next complaint is going direct to the property owners.Horrible noisy neighbors. Can’t get no sleep that’s against noise enjoyment policies. All Rude staff from maintenance to leasing. No longer luxury and since this is practically the only few safe areas I will have to stay. Change in management everything has gone downhill since Fix the stairs Fix the trash Terrible Disagree totally staff here are rude from maintenance to leasing staff if you walk pass a resident and refuse to say hello that’s awful customer service. In my view I use to like living here but things definitely have not improved. I also don’t like that I can’t leave feedback from each maintenance work order then staff don’t greet residents that’s very rude it’s bad enough other tenants here don’t speak but it’s even worst when your staff speak to each other and not residents this happens each time Also noisy residents not ok Trash bins always a mess so I end up having to come down to main one which is not clean It’s definitely not the same Great space love my apartment The only thing is trash we have to take down and pay fee
I paid for the student ticket parking price which was $5 and then went to my parked car. I thought I’ll still have time to go up to the roof to enjoy the views since it was nice outside. After I'm done enjoying the views, I drove down to leave the garage. When I got to the exit booth, I input my ticket and the machine said I owed $6. I pushed the phone icon to ask what the problem was. The person on the other end goes on to say “only 15 minutes are validated after you paid, and that the machine takes credit cards.” I wish they at least told students upfront that validated tickets only last 15 minutes. :/
I lived at the Fitzgerald for 2.5 years, and I loved it! The building is excellently managed. The staff all remembered our names--which is surprising given how many people live there! The building was always clean, maintenance requests always promptly responded to. The pool is awesome. The location is very convenient, especially for couples who may have a partner who works in Baltimore and a partner who works in DC. Even upon moving out, the building has gone out of its way to ensure the process is smooth and not trying to squeeze every penny possible from us. Also, LaCara is the best concierge ever! Thank you guys for a great few years.
We’ve really enjoyed our 2.5 years of living here so far! The building is beautiful and clean. I’ve had to leave to work at a nearby hospital at odd hours and have always felt safe. The location is great- we love taking walks in Bolton hill, and my husband was able to have easy access to Penn Station. The staff is wonderful, from the office staff to maintenance. Specifically, Cara has been fantastic- she is super reliable and has such a positive presence- it’s always a pleasure to chat with her, and she is willing to go above and beyond to make sure our needs are addressed.
I have lived in the Fitzgerald for a little over a year and half now, and I can genuinely say that overall, this apartment complex is incredible. From the friendly, helpful, and available staff to the luxury amenities to the excellent maintenance team, I can honestly say that I have never had a more wonderful experience with an apartment complex than at the Fitzgerald. Fitzgerald team members like LaCara and the many other incredible people there are friendly and make the community feel like you are truly home. I would 100% recommend living at the Fitzgerald if you are looking for a place that always strives to put its residents first.
I've been apartment hunting for a while now and the Fitzgerald has been my top choice. There is a variety of amenities, and I'm excited that they have an on-site dog park! The apartment I have my eye on looks amazing and top quality. The staff seem to be very friendly and welcoming, especially the concierge LaCara who greeted me with such genuine care and kindness. I'm ready to seal the deal and I can't wait to move in!
