I took my first two classes at Dailey Method this week. I’ve been doing barre for eight years and I was so happy with their focus on alignment and proper set up. I got a fantastic work out and felt very welcomed! The environment is very child friendly, with their in house childcare, And even a changing table in the bathroom! As a mom, it’s nice to feel like me and my kids are welcome in the studio! I’m so happy I found this place!

The Dailey Method is smart and effective exercise. It's more than a place to work out, it is a community. You feel welcome when you walk in. The instructors and owners are amazing. Love it!

I love The Dailey Method. I like it for many reasons: the community of people, the owner, the class instructors are awesome and knowledgable, fun events, and such nice people attend the classes. Overall, I workout so much more just by having this place to go to. I feel at peace there. I highly recommend you check it out.
