Forza Power Studios is the best!!!  The CycleOps bike, which Forza uses, is the best stationary bike on the market.  Unlike the vast majority of indoor cycling instructors, who are mediocre at best , Forza's instructors are not just good, they are outstanding.  Their classes are based on training techniques used by cyclists and triathletes to prepare them for competition.

Also, a number of people I have spoken to rave about Andrea's TRX classes

Andrea teaches us to properly engage our muscles and pushes us through challenging workouts. I highly recommend Body Rx for anyone looking for a structured program to raise their fitness level
